The house looks very good, confortable, has all you need to stay. We were 4 adults and 1child, we had space enough to feel like home. The house has all the facilities. At the arrival was cold indoor, but with the instructions left by the owner, we set up the boiler and it was warmer really fast. The owner was at a message away.

nothing - we are returning customers. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and that might have been a problem for families with children but I’m sure that’s temporary and will be fixed.

Modern, exceptional clean,lovely quiet residential area but not far from the town centre and great communication with the owner.

It desperately needs usb sockets installed throughout and the location of sockets in the bedrooms wasn’t ideal. The parking arrangements weren’t clear and a little inconvenient

only 3 toilet rolls provided including the one hanging off the wall. took a bit of effort finding wifi passcode and also the switch for electric shower. the glass panel for the bath is not quite long enough so can splash a little when taking a shower. be good to have a little milk and tea bag on arrival.

Everything great, though we struggled with the grill/oven as we couldn't find any instructions in the pile of information and there was no markings on the knobs, but we survived this little inconvenience.

The only thing that really bothered me was the fact there is a ring doorbell which was on and working when we arrived, I am pretty sure this isn’t allowed on any property that is rented whether that’s private or holiday let. Didn’t like that we were watched going into the house, it did however go off after we had arrived but still any ring / cctv cameras shouldn’t be active when the owner is not living in the property.

The property was absolutely beautiful really was a home from home, so cosy, very clean and literally had everything you needed i.e. iron, cooking utensils, cookery etc. Very good location and nice quiet area, we were going to Alton Towers and was 30/40 mins away which was great.

Got a little lost on arrival as the google map images were outdated - not in anyway the hosts fault, just something to be aware of. Contacted the host who was was super helpful straight away. Seriously this is nit-picky as I was literally parked on the street and could see the house I just didn't recognise it.

It was a lovely house, the layout and décor were exceptional and the place was very clean and very welcoming. Host was really helpful and easy to contact. My son loved that we had separate rooms as he thinks I snore (which is imaginary on his part). The beds were super comfy and after a day travelling and a day of being dragged around Alton Towers it was very welcome. It was so much better than staying at a hotel as it felt like a home away from home. Seriously impressed with what the hosts have done here and I've stayed in a few appalling hotels near Alton Towers over the years....okay decades! And they could all learn from this. I would happily return for this house...once my feet have recovered from the miles walked at Alton Towers.

Perfect for a family. Lots of room, kitchen fab, bathroom lovely, living and dining areas very clean, nicely decorated with lots of touches, this was an immaculate home, had WiFi, access to Netflix etc, garden, great for young teenagers Just felt very at home here. Allocated parking round the corner (30 second walk). Thoughtful owner, gave us succinct info where to park etc, there was a range of condiments (milk, tea, coffee, sugar, jam, butter) upon our arrival. Will stay again. Beds very comfortable.
