The place was dirty! My daughter had to buy bedding due to the bedsheets smelling off. The floor needed a vacuum and a good mopping - a drink had been spilt next to the coffee table and made the floor sticky! the rest of the apartment floor was dirty and bits on the floor throughout and not going to mention under the beds!! The fridge was dirty, the tv and mirror looked like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth!

Location was fine. Two seperate bedrooms. Enough space for a family. Internet.

The apartment was in a very poor state, I would even go as far as saying it was unsafe for my family. Lots of things were broken including the panel hanging off of a radiator, the bin, the toilet seat, to top it off one of the sofa legs was being held up by a saucepan! There was no blind on the velux window which meant we couldn't get our baby to sleep in there, he had to sleep in the kitchen living room area. The whole point of us booking this place was so we had a separate area once our children were sleeping. The kitchen hardly had anything in it and what was in there wasn't very clean. The cutlery in particular was disgusting. Finally we noticed that the fire alarm in the kitchen and living room area has been ripped off. It is a good job we were only booked in for one night.

The location was good, especially with parking and appreciated the fact that the host accommodated our request for an early check in time.

The fire alarm in the lounge area constantly beeped. Although tried to contact host no reply was received. The second bedroom didn’t have a blind over the skylight so was very bright at night and morning.

The couch is held up with a saucepan, the kitchen "facilities" are so basic they don't even include a toaster, but do include a cupboard full of paint, and a couch leg. The bedding was dirty with footprints and stains , obvious body fluid stains on the couch (probably how the leg got broken!) and the windows don't close properly so the only way to stay warm is to put the heating on full, which only heats one bedroom! One of our party had to sleep in their clothes in order to stay warm, and away from the stains!

It was close to the area we needed to be in, apart from that, I would avoid at all costs!

There was not much in the apartment bearly enough cups for all stopping The overall cleanliness was of very poor standard. It shouldn’t be allowed.

Toilet was falling apart. It was cold and the land lord did not reply on how to get the heat going. The place was filthy with loads of spiders. The couch was sitting on a pot. One of the beds was broken in one area. The place does not have any kitchen apparatus, not even a simple microwave.

On closer inspection the smoke alarm was advised to have been replaced back in 2016. How is this property allowed to be rented out with no working smoke detector? I have requested a partial refund via booking.com Something which they are not willing to grant I asked for a partial refund and not a full refund simply because we ended up staying there as there was no other option at the time. Won’t be using booking.com again Also contacted owner direct. Still awaiting a response

DO NOT BOOK HERE! There were so many issues and the owner was unable to be contacted ( the mobile number does not connect and they do not reply on booking site) There is a review one week before my stay highlighting a number of serious issues, I presumed they would be resolved. They were not. The only sofa had a broken leg that had been propped up and collapsed when sat on ( as raised by review the week before), the toilet seat was broken and my elderly father fell and injured himself, the smoke alarm constantly beeped as low battery and the ceiling to high for us to reach and fix, the paint work was awful, there was mo curtain or blond on window in bedroom making it impossible to sleep, there were minimal kitchen equipment, the tvs did not work, the list goes on… again all this has been raised in a previous review. I could not reach the owner at all. I will be expecting my money returned as it was such a shambles!

We have a list! -On arrival and sitting on the couch, the leg came off, obviously had been broken previously, and placed back to make it look ok. -Smoke detector was beeping and needed a new battery. -Bin lid was broken. -Toilet seat was broken as so was a seal under the shower door. -No plug in the bathroom sink making a wet shave almost impossible, -TV had no terrestrial channels, no ariel was plugged into it, TVs in living room and bedrooms were only there for decoration as unusable. -Lack of kitchen essentials that you get in other apartments. -Paint work was very patchy and needed another coat to improve the look. lack of attention to detail. -No blind on a skylight window above the bed. -Beds very squeaky and mattresses uncomfortable. -No bedside tables in either bedrooms. -No mirrors in the bedrooms -Hosts unable to be contacted. the phone number provided does not accept incoming calls and no reply to a text message or message through booking.com. Apart from the couch and useless TV, they were all very small issues but soon mounted up making the stay not very enjoyable. This place could be fantastic but it was bearable for 1 night only, any longer and we would have had to move elsewhere.

Very close to the centre of town with parking at the property. Property was fairly clean apart from communal areas that could do with a hoover. It was warm on arrival. This property has a lot of potential if more attention to detail was paid and the little, but many, issues were resolved. The location is fantastic and very quiet for being so close to the centre. Asda is a 2 minute walk away.

The only small thing was the velux window in one of the bedrooms had no blind, but I'm sure they will get it fixed.

The apartment was great. Not for people who can't manage stairs though. It was clean and did exactly what we needed it to do. Good value for money.

Terrible communication from host. Unclean. Broken furniture. Not able to gain access until 16:30 despite arriving at 14:30 (the arrival time) and no contact from host until 16:00. Could’t stay due to condition of property. awful experience. Ruined our plans and we had to book a hotel.

the apartment was freezing when we arrived as all the windows were open! only two glasses even though it’s a four person apartment. the freezer was completely frozen so we couldn’t open the draws to put ice in. bedding was really creased and worn looking. definitely needs some TLC. generally tired and a bit grubby.

Turned u up to check in could not get in touch with the owner as the number was different to what was on booking .com. Had to knock on next door to get number then eventually got in and it was the most disgusting. Place I have ever stayed. . Not even been cleaned from previous clients. The owner come out to clean up at 10 o’clock at night full of drugs and a disgusting threatening attitude.
