The house is spotless, well furnished and comfortable. Water in the shower is lovely and hot. Peaceful with benches to sit on in the garden. Lots of trees and birds.

There really wasn't anything we didn't really like about this property, if I had to pick fault, the only thing I could say is there wasn't a pizza cutter available. This isn't really much of a fault though as the kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and cooking appliances, etc.

The layout of the property and the size and comfort of the main living room area. The log burner was a welcome addition, especially as we were staying at the property when the temperature outside were minus degrees! The Shower was great with a large cubicle space. The grounds were very private with a beautiful garden area to look out on. I imagine in the summer this space is ideal for spending time in during the evening.

Great location and a short distance to Chichester and surrounding attractions and places to visit such as Arundel Castle, Hayling Island and Tangmere Aviation Museum. Very helpful & lovely host. The property was extremely clean and tidy and lovely bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms, the wood burner was all set and ready to use, a lovely addition to the stay. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed in one of two large apartments. Lovely spacious part of the house with everything you need including parking and big garden. Hosts were great. Location was perfect for us, quiet but close to main routes and within easy drive to local towns and beaches.

Really lovely accommodation. Very well appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a beautiful location. The pictures don't do it full justice. The owners, Debra and Wayne, were very friendly and suggested some good places to eat and visit. We would highly recommend and would definitely return if visiting that area again.

I didn't receive any codes to access the key safe so had to message the owner directly.

The location was ideal for us (although the nearby A27 is a nightmare) and the cottage was really comfortable and spacious. The garden was massive and I enjoyed being able to sit outside for meals and watching the wildlife. The owners were really friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous cottage in a lovely semi-rural location with spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable. Lovely and quiet with a small verandah, perfect for a sunny evening. Close to Chichester and Arundel, which are both nice to visit.

Very good sized property in excellent location for visiting Chichester and surrounding area. Has everything you need and extremely grateful for the extra fans during warm weather. Although just off A27 you wouldn't know as it is extremely quiet.

Beautiful cottage. Immaculately kept. Lightweight duvet on bed and fans provided. Seated verandah was a lovely spot to sit and read and listen to the birds. Would definitely recommend this cottage for a relaxing, peaceful stay.

I recently stayed at this lovely holiday cottage and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The location is absolutely perfect, allowing me to easily visit both Chichester and the weald and down open air museum. The accommodation itself was outstanding - beautifully decorated, comfortable, and quiet. I truly appreciated the peace and quiet after a day of sightseeing. I definitely give this place 11/10 for comfort, style, and peacefulness. I slept like a log every night! I loved everything about this cottage and honestly couldn't fault a thing. Debra and Wayne were wonderful hosts and made me feel right at home. I would be more than happy to return and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We truly cannot think of one negative thing to say, it really was ideal for our short break at the Goodwood event. in fact it was so idyllic that we were tempted to skip the event and stay at the cottage all day :)

It had secure parking for multiple cars (gated and camera) and the property was very open, bright and airy. Debra and Wayne must be very experienced as everything is well prepared and catered for and they’re on hand if you need anything that isn’t.

There is nothing to dislike about the property. Potential visitors should be aware that you would need your own transport to reach shops and restaurants but we were aware of this and not an issue.
