Very friendly and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Really lovely owners they couldn’t do enough for us we had a fantastic weekend and would certainly return and highly recommend.

The only thing that we would have changed if we could, but doubt it's possible, is that the extractor fans were quite noisy and we were woken by the fans in the adjoining rooms. That is a very small 'negative' however.

The breakfast was unbelievably good and the surroundings were beautiful. The site was exceptionally well kept and the room was very spacious, clean and homely. The local pubs and restaurants (recommended by the owner) provided some of the best food we've ever eaten whilst away from home. The owner and his wife were so welcoming and kind. They were interested in the fact that our son was racing at Oulton Park and asked about his progress. Also, our first grandchild was born while we were there and it felt like we were sharing the news with friends. They even gave all of their guests an Easter Egg on Easter Sunday. We would have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation and hope to stay there again in the future.

Easy access, and a short drive to Oulton Park. Locked parking on site. Super breakfast every day and they started at 07:00. Very friendly staff.

location for ordering food in, local takeaways don’t really deliver to the property (if you’re to tired to go out) however there is a pub nearby that’s recommended.

Mark was a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome, he also makes a very nice breakfast, the grounds are absolutely stunning and the area is very quite, with a comfy bed and lovely shower. I will be returning again.

Plug points were all in the wrong place, and the sofa bed wasn’t facing the TV, so you had to sit on the bed to watch it. We couldn’t seem to get BBC iplayer, or any other non terrestrial channels. Internet was slow.

The room was very large, and had a well appointed en-suite. Everything was very clean, and Mark made us very welcome. Breakfast was extremely good. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was lovely, and we could access it without having to use the corridors (very covid friendly). The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and prepared exactly as we liked it :)

Very comfortable stay, large room and excellent shower. Welcoming and attentive host, who cooked a great breakfast to order. High level of cleanliness. impressed.

Breakfast was superb, the best poached eggs I have had for a long time. The room was just perfect, the bed was extremely comfortable and the en-suite was superb. The B&B was in an idyllic location, away from everything and Mark the host was extremely attentive and approachable. I recommend this B&B wholeheartedly and definitely will be staying again when I am next in the area.

At a push, the room was not very well sound isolated, and it was next to the breakfast area - so we were awake from 7AM due to the noise. If you’re a light sleeper, ear plugs easily solve this:)

Good having a car park. Warm comfortable quiet room overlooking garden. It was great that the room was in an annex. We could access the room after going out for the evening without disturbing anyone or being disturbed ourselves.
