We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI could nitpick things like the string on the blinds being broken (but still 100% functional!) or the bedding being rough and fairly average but most of it doesn't matter too much tbh. For what it is, the hotel either meets your expectations or exceeds them. Should be worth noting that the main light glows green in the dark. The owner said this is an emergency light thing but its worth mentioning in case you're the kind of person who needs complete darkness to sleep and might need an eye mask.
No contact check in is an absolute dream for people with anxiety. Everything was through text and the only time I had to talk was when I phoned the owner to ask about how to get my keycard. She is a great host and I didn't even see her in person a single time. Very understanding and accomodating especially since I arrived super late due to train issues. The bathroom is also surprisingly luxurious and makes you forget you're supposedly in a 3* hotel. The double glazing on the windows is also appreciated. Wifi is speedy. The room in general is just very nice and well presented.

United KingdomDue to location above a function/bar you there are no amenities in comparison to a usual hotel, it felt more like an Airbnb but with hotels rooms. The property owner/manager contacted me through text/phone and she was always quick to respond. Some people like interaction but I quite like the no hassle and straight forward check-in and check-out. However this didn't phase me at all and was very happy with my room and service.
Excellent Rooms with an ideal location along the main high street, but also on the quiet end so an added bonus. Rooms had a great aesthetic, and mine was very spacious and modern with a decent sized bathroom and a very good shower. The whole room was spotless and although I booked a double room I was gladly greeted with a comfy king size bed upon arrival. Check In was also great as before hand they contacted me and gave me hotel and check inn information. The use a convenient app that lets you download and have direct access to the keypads from your phone to use on your doors etc.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was excellent. The bed was comfortable and I had a lovely overnight stay. Check out time was good 12pm. I would definitely stay there again

United KingdomFront door could do with a coat of paint but otherwise it is clean and tidy. The stairs to get to the rooms are quite steep so just be aware if you have luggage to carry.
Good location although you can only see the front door of the hotel when you arrive so it is a bit dingy looking. However, it is light and airy, well decorated inside and the room is very comfortable. Tea, coffee, and drinking chocolate plus bottled water so very good. We would stay here again
