First impressions weren't good, the outside of building on ground floor is a closed nightclub.The entrance door on the right-hand side. You will need to download APP on your phone and use code advised to you to access. Hallway/staircases unattractive would look a lot better with some prints.

The bedroom however was incredibly smart and well furnished. There was no window in bedroom however but we had a massive skylight which was very nice and light. The bathroom was also very smart with an opening window. There were nice coffee bags/drinking chocolate and tea and biscuits. In the clothes hanging area was an ironing board and iron.

Our stay at the New Park Hotel was lovely , the hotel was beautiful and the staff were just a message away if we needed anything! Will definitely book to stay here again. Thank you very much.

It was veeeeeery hot, thankfully we bought a fan with us otherwise we wouldn’t have slept at all. Window won’t open so we were sweating.

Very clean, practical and very quiet! I loved being able to get in and out with a app, that was easy, however, my boyfriend wouldn’t have been able to do this with his phone so it was lucky I had a newer phone. The bedroom was small but a decent size and modern which was good! Very happy for the night!

Entrance and approach to the ‘hotel’ was like a shared student house above the Savannah nightclub. Access was complicated. Wi-fi didn’t work. No facilities suggesting this is a hotel

The keyless entry method / lack of a reception desk did confuse me a little bit, also was sent the wrong code so managed to get into someone else’s room while they were still in it and wasn’t able to open the front door at around 12.45 so was having to phone a staph member to try and help me get in, eventually I did but I have to say this was not the best experience!

Rooms were very new and clean, bed was comfortable and staph members were extremely helpful!

1. The location is tricky to find, as the name of the hotel is not visible as it is on the 1st floor of a nightclub. you can find it using the nightclub name vs. the hotel name. 2. 1st Impression is not good, the entry area/door smells really bad, when I say really bad it does stink and does not feel hygienic at all. 3. We booked 2 rooms with double beds, but the rooms were very small and felt very claustrophobic, people who have issues like me with small spaces should avoid this place. 4. The owner should take steps to remove carpets in the rooms as they smell really bad, and room 7 is the smallest room in the building and should not be a double room at all.. it is a single room with a double bed... watch out while booking. 5. There is a king-size room which we got, when i called the contact as we felt me and my kid cannot fit in room 7, they did give us the room for the night, which was slightly bigger than the other room, but it had that carpet smell which kept me awake and then was an annoying light which kept switching off and on either night in the corridor. 6. Rooms are maintained very well and very clean which is the best of the work by the staff in the hotel. 7. Parking outside the hotel is free overnight, but will be fined if you are parking after 9:00 am, you might get away by 30 mins free after 9:00 am but watch out for the parking for this is about 1/2 mile away so. plan well if you have/are traveling with kids. 8. I had to adjust for the night as we had to visit the temple early in the morning, but we wanted to cancel the 2nd night but as it was non-cancellable they refused to give any money back. I had to book yet another hotel and spend an extra £200 after paying £ 360 for 2 nights here and we could stay only for 1 night with all the problems we had as indicated above. 9. overall very expensive mistake, well lesson's learned at least. I would not recommend this place if you have problems with small places, breathing problems

The rooms were very clean and look like a new building. The staff are very accommodating, they are a phone call away and very helpful. the contact point is quick in picking up the phone in a few rings and was accommodating when approached.

You need to download an app to do the remote check-in. DO THIS IN ADVANCE! Don't do it on the doorstep with a phone with a dying battery. The Friday night disco next door was very loud.

Remote check-in was great once I'd got the app downloaded. Nicely refurbished room. Good WiFi.
