Timings. Check in was at 4pm and check out at 10am. Most places have check in at 2pm and check out at 11am. Time for breakfast was between 8-9. Room was very hot in the mornings. Blackout curtains would help.

Sandra the landlady was super friendly and helpful, and cooked a great breakfast! the guesthouse is facing the sea in a lovely spot, with a good hotel and pubs along the road for evening meals. A great place.

I didn't like having to go home!

The room had a spectacular view of the sea from a huge window complete with relaxing chairs in front of this view. The bed was huge and comfortable with a fan on the ceiling - big bonus for a perimenopausal woman! The bathroom was clean and modern and completed a well equipped and gorgeous room. The breakfast room was directly underneath therefore also offering the stunning sea view. There was a bowl of freshly prepared, colourful fruit salad every morning complete with juice, cafetiere coffee and an exceptionally tasty breakfast. The hosts were warm, friendly and helpful.

Beachfront location. The room is so spacious and clean. Wake up in the morning with the view of the beach and the sound of the waves is really the exceptional feeling. The hosts are also very nice and they recommend the places to go and foods to try. We really have enjoyed our stay. Kept No.18 business card with us, to recommend my friends when we are back 😉😍

There was nothing we didn't like during our stay.

Sandra and Ray were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. There was a huge choice of breakfast options, including delicious home-made bread and fresh fruit salad. Cooked breakfast was excellent and very well presented. Our room (11) was very large and had a huge bay window with a sea view. The room was kept at a nice temperature throughout our visit in February. We loved it. We will definitely be back.

We live in the country so found the road outside quite noisy.

Large, comfortable room. Tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits provided. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming.

The location was over looking the sea, My room overlooked the sea too and was a fantastic size with floor to ceiling windows, a mix up with the room was promptly dealt with on arrival, Sandra and her husband are lovely and the breakfast was delicious, what's not to like! Would stay here again.

Lovely room with a sea view. Comfortable bed, very hot water in bathroom. Breakfast was brilliant. Good choice of cereal, fruit & yoghurts. Hot breakfast was amazing, everything cooked to order and served with homemade bread. Sandra is an excellent host, met us at the door and took us to our room, nothing was too much trouble 😀

Parking can be a problem but a little patience is usually rewarded and it's the same for all the b&b's in the area.

Everything we wanted available at breakfast and cooked items of the best quality. We had stayed for a couple of nights last year and were pleased to find that high standards were being maintained and atmosphere was still warm and friendly. Located just back from the beach and close to the pier with shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Room was a good size and had a nice view of the sea Excellent value for money. Will return.

The perfect host and location. An old fashioned bed and breakfast feel. There was a warm welcome from owner Sandra and we were immediately made comfortable. She personally greeted us at the door, explained details and showed us to our spacious room. We had a great view of the see and a mini balcony. Breakfast was delightful which was freshly made and included homemade bread. She was also very knowledgeable about the town and was warm and personable throughout the stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
