Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower in my room did not get warm, one lift was out of use and the other was not working correctly. The lift stopped at every floor, even when nobody was pressing the buttons. I was on the 6th floor... The hotel is nice, but quite expensive.
The staff were lovely, the hotel and room were very clean, the breakfast was nice, comfy bed, facilities are good and it's a great location.

United KingdomThe room was cold at times as the heating took sometime once switched on to heat up the room. The sink was cracked. But neither of these things stopped me from enjoying my stay. Very pleased with this hotel. I will stay there again, if I ever visited Northampton again.
I liked everything about the hotel. It was comfortable, I felt safe, everything I required was in walking distance as the hotel was very central. The staff were very friendly. I was very impressed with this hotel.

United KingdomWould have been useful to have had somewhere to hang bulky outdoor coats as there wasn't room in the wardrobe. Also there was a huge standard lamp in the middle of the room which was not needed as there were lots of other lighting options in the room - it was cumbersome and detracted from the rest of the room.
Great location for Franklin Gardens rugby ground - walking distance. Very comfortable bed and room in general. Staff friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe beds are OLD and sagging we were in a double which is two singles pushed together (not uncommon) however the mattress sagged so much you just rolled to middle and was uncomfortable as dipped and pipping on mattress underneath could be felt. You can’t position the chair in front of the mirror at the end of bed so for doing hair and make up was useless.
