The hotel sits on beautiful grounds 10 minutes from the airport. It is a former family estate that has been expanded to accommodate many guests. The room was very nice and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

Another lovely stay at Norton. Amazing staff and lovely extras in the room as we were staying with kids (milk and cookies and VIP spa robes!). Great facilities.

The spa facilities were very nice, but found that the lingers were very close to the pool, so if anyone was splashing while you were on one you got wet. Other than that everything was very nice. In the room, plugs were all just a bit too far away from the mirrors.

Staff were amazing! So helpful at all points and friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable.

The weather, but even the accommodating staff couldn't change that!

Property was lovely and spa facilities were excellent. All staff we met were very friendly but professional and nothing seemed too much for them to do. Breakfasts each day were really good with a very wide choice of continental, cooked from the hot buffet or from the a la carte breakfast menu. Dinners were also very good, and the steak was perfectly cooked when asked for 'rare' which is a rare situation! Also, one of us was vegan and the hotel were very accommodating, be it in the room with non-dairy milk substitute and even a whole pack of vegan-friendly biscuits, or having a good vegan choice on the breakfast and dinner menus and researching whether wines were vegan, too.

My only issue is the "optional" service charge that I had to request to remove. If the hotel feels a service charge is required, they should pay their staff more!

The entire stay was immaculate.The welcome, the room, the food, the drinks, the whole thing was sublime. We loved every minute, we have stayed before and will stay again.

We liked everything.

Staff : went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. After travelling for over 24hrs and landing at 6am the team were able to have our room ready which we were eternally grateful for. We also had a cancelled flight the next morning and there was no problem to book the same room again. (we were lucky enough not to be travelling in peak times for this availability) Food : both breakfast and dinners were fabulous. SPA : I had both facial and massage and they were bliss

I had a large glass of Pinot Noir at the bar and as the price was £21, I only had one, if it had been £15, I would have had two!

Breakfast was excellent, room was very good, bathroom a little dated but acceptable.

The staff were extremely lovely and helpful and we were upgraded to a suite which was a wonderful start to our holiday. The entire building was so clean and breakfast was just fantastic! we loved the spa and swimming! We will definitely rebook

Just a bit in the middle of nowhere, nothing around if you don’t drive.

Nothing. Excellent food and room. The wash basin plug needs to be seen to as the lever arm did not close the plug. That wasthe only fault.
