The room is quite fine for one night but too small for two people for a longer stay. The faucet is too large for the tiny sink, so the water splashes all around the bathroom when you try to wash your face.

Great location close to two different tube lines and a walking distance from Paddington. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling height makes up a little for the room size. The cooking & coffee closet is very practical. The use of space is overall quite good and they fit a lot of features in the limited space.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel is very well situated and well connected with the city center by public transport. The neighborhood is quite but there is a lively street nearby with restaurants and supermarkets.

The room was smaller than we thought. With the kitchenette present only a tiny table and 1 chair is available. Have also been given only 1 hand towel for 2 of us (but can always ask the receptionist for another one). Some hangers or hooks in the room could be really helpful + a toilet brush (which was surprisingly absent).

The best thing about Nox Hotel is the location. Close to Kensington Garden, the central Tube station and bus stops. Quiet and pleasant area. Sound proof walls in the room were also an asset. Most of the typical facilities present in the room (including the kitchenette), regular housekeeping.

Excellent facilities in the room, I was looking for a kettle and found a whole kitchen in the wardrobe including hob, pots and pans, toaster, microwave etc. All crockery and cutlery. I had a room on top floor so it was very quiet. Room was super clean and made up each day

- minibar was empty and they gave me 0 water at my arrival - the bed is SMALL! It is 140 cm maximum, not standard 160. It is too small for 2 people. - I announced the staff that the elevator was broken at my level. It stayed broken. - I asked the staff for another hair dryer as mine seemed to be broken. They said they don’t have any other. - I asked the staff for a socket adaptor. They said they don’t have any. Very uninterested staff.

- the most important thing is that I could make 30 degrees inside the room if I wanted. It was very hot from the moment I asked to start them the heating for me. I absolutely loved this - very clean - a lot of facilities (small kitchen with coffee&others) - super nice shower - very comfortable bed - 3 minutes away from subway - supermarket very close

The lady who was on most shifts when we were there was so lovely and welcoming. The room was amazing and when requested to be cleaned was spotless really happy with our stay. Also a great location as was quiet but near all the places we were going to.

The parking is a down fall as no parking outside and the staff member upon arrival was extremely rude. I’m very big on customer service so was disappointed. However there were different girls on reception in the morning and they were pleasant
