Lovely location, very peaceful, the lodge was a great base for us to get out and about exploring the lakes. The lodge had everything you would need for a short break. Hot tub was super. A very comfortable stay. Thank you.

The Host had made some special touches for our stay. The lodge was clean, cosy and very well equipped with a quiet location within the Park. The Hot Tub was a treat too!

The pool had very limited opening which was disappointing as we were led to believe it would be open throughout our stay but it was closed all day on the Monday and the Friday, and only open mid morning on the other days. The pool opening times may possibly be better at other times of the year.

We really liked the aspect of the chalet as it wasn't overlooked. It had a nice outlook with trees providing a lovely backdrop and a view of the mountain tops from the hot tub. The king sized bed was super comfortable as were the sofas and the whole place was well presented and well equipped. It was lovely to soak in the hot tub after a walking the fells while dinner was cooking.

Situated in a quiet part of the holiday park. Good location for access to Ambleside and Bowness. The lodge was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location and spotless accommodation. Julie was a great host. Can’t fault it. Will book again. The hot tub was a nice luxury but with so much to do in the area we didn’t use it much!

Our group loved everything about staying, all the facilities were excellent and the location was absolutely perfect. Very good communication from property owners from booking all the way to our stay, they even helped us decide on a place to eat out! We’re already thinking about returning here later in the year

The lodge was imaculate and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is very well situated for the local attractions with a bus from outside the gates. The hot tub was checked every day, and is private. Will go again.

I didn’t see a DVD player in the lounge so we could sit and watch movie together in the evening. so the kids ended up watching a DVD in the bedroom and we were in the lounge.

Lots of rules, but totally understandable if owner has had problems with clients in the past. Hot tub lovely but because of location and time of year a lot of flies around. This is not the fault of owner though.

Peaceful location just a few minutes walk from Lake Windermere. Lodge was lovely and spotlessly clean. Hot tub was an added bonus and great for relaxing in at night. Restaurant and bar on site.

The location was perfect for a nice relaxing private break. Hot tub was secluded, in full working order. The lodge is very big, the bedrooms are very big, and there is lots of storage. The kitchen had a full size fridge and freezer. TV had Freeview, Prime, Netflix apps. Lovely flowers on the table and a bottle of Rose wine left by hosts. Just deciding on when we can go again.
