I am in a wheelchair and it says everything is accessible. The bar is located a staircase upstairs and to get in to the hotel there is a big step. Luckily my daughter was there and could help me .

The window don't close very well, and because of that we feel some air coming from the outside. Musty smell in the restaurant.

Close to public transport. Very nice neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Many restaurants and shops in the area.

The location was excellent, close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station yet in a quiet and beautiful street. The room was excellent, everything you need and very comfy.

It was unfortunate that a bed for 2 persons was too small. So we had to switch rooms. And when we wanted to check out, we could leave our bags for a bit before leaving for the airport.

The location was good. Paddington station was not too far away from it. Everything was very comfortable!

Budget room but very small. Older building that was refurbished but you could hear the pipes later in the evening and early hours( when someone turned on their bathroom sink or shower). The gym had a decent treadmill but weights were not matched in pairs.

Close to 2 tube stations and bus routes. Close to the park. Near some decent restaurants.

Hotel appears to have been put together across a couple of old buildings. Our room was up three flights and then down a flight of stairs. Bizarre. I felt like they should have provided a treasure map. Not a lot of charm.

Room was tiny but functional. Bathroom was decent size and had a really nice heated floor. Location was great. Very convenient to Paddington Station, which makes it very convenient to airport and underground. Neighborhood around was quiet but nice. Room was also cleaned very well every day and was quiet.

Great location, perfect for one night stay. Close to Hyde Park which was nice to see the next morning. Breakfast was good too

There were a few thing that could be better for the price i would expect so more TV options like streaming platforms, the cable that was provided was terrible with 80% the channels not even having a picture. There were only 2 hangers in the bathroom and no were to hang jackets beside the wardrobe since i do not want to hang my outside jacked with my other cloths. Also a simple thing a toilet brush, i understand that the toilet is cleaned properly every day, But it would be nice to be able to do a bit of cleaning after our selves in case of emergencies.

The hotel was in a perfect locations there were small stores with everything you might need like food and drinks. The was a few restaurants and small shops as well. It was just 5 minutes from bus stops and the underground.

The room came with a mini fridge, a microwave and an electric boiler! Very convenient and appreciated. The bed was super comfortable! And we didn't hear much noise from neighboring rooms.

The property is really worn down so as soon as you enter the vibe is not nice. I was actually disappointed, but to my surprise rooms were decent and not bad.

No replenishment of drinks (coffee/hot chocolate) or biscuits in room.

Excellent location for Paddington (Heathrow Express), shops, etc. Nice to have a small fridge in the room and to have an iron & ironing board provided.

Room was extremely small and there was several different stairs to climb. Staff on check in weren't friendly.
