It was really convenient where it was. Lovely and quiet location. Booked because we went to Zip World which was 10minutes drive away. Bryan the owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The jacuzzi bath was great with different coloured lights in it

Geographically challenging for a signal at times (both EE and O2), but I must emphasise this is NOT any fault of the B&B. Host Bryan has made every effort to provide a good WiFi service.

Really great breakfast. Host Bryan was very chatty and extremely knowledgeable about the area, in particular about the quarry and its history in relation to Lord Penrhyn and the nearby village of Bethesda. Well located for access to the wider area.

Great property, lovely host, went above and beyond to help decorate the room for our anniversary. Very welcoming and great hospitality. Great location, easy to get to surrounding sights ie Conwy, Swallow falls and Aber Falls. We had the jet bath, and this was very relaxing to be in. Thankyou Pant Teg for helping us celebrate our anniversary.

Bryan made us feel very welcome in his home. The location was perfect for what we wanted. The room was warm and cosy, the bed snuggly and the breakfast delicious.

Brian's a great host, very welcoming. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities plus biscuits and drinking water available in the room. Another plus point is the room has been cleaned daily and tea/coffee, milk, biscuits and water top up on a daily basis which is a nice touch. Breakfast is excellent quality and plentiful. The property has on-site parking and a great location to get around tourist sites. Overall we're very happy with our stay.

I loved how close we were to the zip wire Conroy was lovely and not too far the locals was a laugh in the local pub very peaceful and the host Bryan was a lovely man who made us very welcome I definatly will be booking again in the future so Thank you

Comfortable stay in a beautiful and quiet location. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of options. The bathroom had a really good shower unit. Our host Bryan was very welcoming and helpful. Convenient location for visiting Snowdonia. For dining there is a pub within walking distance. Car parking available, but can be a bit tight on space if arriving late.

The whole place could do with a little freshening up here and there. But, as said, our host more than made up for this.

Everything you would expect from a classic B&B. Bryan is a great host who made us feel welcome from the first minute we arrived. The rooms, although a bit dated, were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very tasty and came each time with a smile from Bryan - getting us of on a good start of the day.
