The room was definitely in need of an upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows too hard with no alternative options. The bathroom tilez were badly stained and no amenities were provided. The place can do with soundproofing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff pafticularly helpful.

Salim made our stay a pleasure by upgrading our rooms to 3 newly refurbished rooms. The hotel is undergoing a renovation which is not stated when booking but the staff are doing their upmost to provide an efficient and comfortable experience.

When making the reservation on booking.com, it was not stated that there was construction at the hotel. There was construction during the day. I made a payment that did not deserve the amount I paid. People at the hotel were very helpful, despite the lobby consisting of a table and chairs.

The room is very small and hot water is not stable. It’s also under some renovation and can be noisy sometimes No AC so we need to open the window to get some air.

Convenient, 5 minutes walk to West Brompton station and 11 minutes to Earl’s Court Station where there is a lift. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

I know it's having renovations done but the bar set up wasn't great. The sitting wasn't very comfortable. I'd like to see more options on the menu.

The front desk and bar/breakfast area is undergoing rennovation and I thought the breakfast was not so good as previous visits (but this is a temporary thing)

Perfect for a one night stay if visiting a game at Stamford Bridge. The room was available upon arrival so we were able to check-in early, and special mention of Salim on the front desk who was extremely helpful in making that happen. The room was recently refurbished and it shows with smart fixtures and fittings, modern decor

The room was not one of the refurbished ones. Refurbishment work going all around. Thankfully our room was quiet enough on the 10th floor, however keep in mind that there's work being done all around the hotel.

The staff, especially Salim from reception, we're exceptional! Location was great and the bed were very comfy.

Downstairs main rooms were a bit uninviting - lack of windows, etc, very bright lights and decor a bit garish.

The breakfast was amazing! Wish I had a bigger appetite... Newly refurbished rooms were really 'cute'.

I stayed in the last floor, and the shower there didn't have pressure at all. I think that once they're going under renovation they should take this in consideration.

Seems like they are going under a renovation, so there were newer and older rooms. I stayed in an older one, but it was okay, very clean and comfortable. I payed for the breakfast separatedly for 12 pounds, but it was worth it, there were a lot of options (I stayed with a vegan friend and she liked her options as well).
