Told we had been upgraded, same price, breakfast included which is what we had booked? So no real upgrade, the room although large, in need of a refit, carpets not meeting occasional tables a bit battered, but it was clean.

The position of the hotel is/was great for us, short walk from our station Euston. The staff were welcoming, we were transferred for some reason to a sister hotel (Beauchamp) just a short distance along the same road.

Carpet in the bedroom was disgusting. Disappointed that there was no coffee shop in the hotel….we had to walk next door for breakfast. No plug in the bath

The shower/bathtub was down right dangerous. People need to be warned about this or install steps. Getting from entrance to our room was painful especially with luggage. We had to ask for too up of our tea bags and milk. We feel it was slightly over priced.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was fantastic and view from our window very pretty. Bed was very comfortable.

Everything was perfectly satisfactory.

The breakfast price of £19 pp for continental or £24 for cooked was we felt on the high side-there are several Pret A Manger close by, we used them.

The decor looked a bit well-used and tired, but that wasn't a concern. We had a good stay.

Great location for British Museum, theatres, Underground, Oxford Street, and some nice pubs. Very large room with comfortable bed. Nice little kitchenette. The room was on the street side of the hotel but we had no problem with traffic noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have to check in and out at a sister hotel just down the street, but that was no problem. Didn't order breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Unable to register & sign out in the hotel; I presume this was a temporary arrangement as, on my previous stays there, I was able to do it at reception.

Some traffic noise can be heard through the night, you need to be tall to get in and out of the bath/shower as it must be 2 1/2 foot high.

Location was perfect for Covent Garden and Theatreland, situated in a residential area. Bedroom was very spacious, bed very comfortable. We have stayed there before and use earplugs to deaden traffic noise- will stay there again next year.

Good Hotel walking distance from Covent Garden and Euston. Great breakfast, good spacious rooms and lovely accommodating staff. And for the cost, really good value.

It was too hot in the room.. I had to open the window and heard drunk people outside arguing. There was also really loud banging in the floor above- another domestic fight (!)

Having paid for a breakfast this was only continental, had to pay extra for an English breakfast, considering the initial I thought the extra cost was excessive.

The creaky floors. Unfortunately for our last 2 nights it sounded like there was an elephant parading around the room above us preventing us from sleeping.

The breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel is great, just 15 minutes walk from a lot of sights

Weirdly part of 4 hotels in the same road. Check in was at a different hotel, breakfast yet another different hotel. It may be to do with renovations but it was odd.

Was quite expensive and the kitchenette advertised consists of only a microwave and bar fridge (and an electric jug).

Spacious, clean, close to the underground and only a short walk to the shops and National Museum. The manager, Nick, was very helpful and kind ensuring we were happy with our room and it meet all our requirements (we were traveling with one person using a wheelchair).
