There is nothing not to like about the property, we have used the property on several occasions.

It’s very quiet, very clean & you also have a parking space.

Rail station below was very noisy at all times of day but didn't affect sleeping as bedrooms on other side.

Good central location. Warm clean flat. Smart TV. City Views and views over train station (if you like that sort of thing). 4th floor may be off putting for some but very easy and quick access from parking space to lift and then flat.

Flat was cold when arrived, texted number and they provided very quick response re adjusting heating and very helpful, but flat became too warm - but better than too cold!

Location was great, great having allocated parking, directions on finding parking/keys better than many apartments had before.

Washer/dryer combi wasn’t great, took a total of 6 hours to wash and dry one load and it came out very wrinkled and slightly shrunk. (Washing clothes never ends with a newborn).

Very central, walkable distance to union square even for me with a physical disability.

This apartment was very comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful when we asked him how to put the heating on and if we could have some more mugs for the kitchen. He also was very kind to let us extend our check out time.

If you have mobility issues, the shower over the bath is tricky but seems common in this part of the world!

The property had everything we could need, and more. The kitchen has more appliances and amenities than you could expect and we were able to cook two full dinners. It was clean and much bigger than other equivalent properties.

The toilet is a bit slow to swallow, so is the shower unit.

Attention to detail by the hosts. Lots of facilities and utilities. Very clean and spacious. Car spot. Very quiet. Close proximity to Station and Union Square shopping.

A comfortable, clean & bright place to stay. It had all the facilities we wanted and a washing machine is always a bonus. There was a lift to the 4th floor so no carrying of suitcases up the stairs. The Aberdeen Train & Bus station is virtually opposite together with a shopping mall including a M&S Foodhall. A walkable distance into town too. We always ask ourselves "would we stay again?" and the answer is a definite YES.
