The facility have no provision for basic amenities like, tooth paste,shower gel and the likes,the environment is dirty and unkempt. The noise from the nursery downstairs the apartment was really disturbing

The place is hard to find. I had to be directed by people who work in the shop downstairs. The place is accessed through a poorly lit alleyway infested with rats, bins and rubbish strewn across the courtyard.after going up a flight of metal stairs, I called the number on the booking form. A very rude lady answered and demanded ID. I told her my name but she insisted on passport or other form of ID which l did not have and had not been informed was needed. As I was talking to her she was sending me messages about ID pretending that it was send when I made the booking. I asked for my money as I didn’t have any ID to which she told me to go and get from booking.com. It was dark and I felt l was now a target for muggers. She suggested I take a picture of my bank card and my face. I did and sent her and she said she would let me in. I wonder how she could even see my face because it was very dark. When she let me l had to go through 3 doors like l was going into prison. The room was a good size but it stank of cigarettes. The noise from other people in the place was unbelievable. A t.v on loud speaker, people laughing like they were drinking, people banging doors and running up and down the stairs and the traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. The doors have no keys and it felt like someone was coming to my door every time they came upstairs. There was no break fast at all. It appears everything they advertise is the opposite of what you find at this place. I realised later on that the picture l sent of my bank card had information l should not have shared but did under duress as l was getting desperate to be let in. So spent my evening cancelling the card with my bank.

I liked that I didn’t have to share the bathroom with the other tenants.

The facilities mentioned such as laundry, ironing board, kitchen were not available. A major disappointment. The shower kept fluctuating hot and cold. I had to keep stepping out of the shower stream. The access to the room was up an iron stairs outside the building like a fire escape, which was steep and narrow, which made carrying a suitcase dangerous. There was no light at the top to read the numbers of the lock box to access the key. The room is suppised to be sound proofed but the neighbours in the next room and house were noisy.

The convenience of the location to my work at Northwick Park hospital. The bus links and frequency of the buses, Harrow shopping centre with the tube station next to the bus station. Tesco's superstore is just up the road. Gyms are available with no contract. Metro and Santander banks are open on Sunday. Laundry further up the road open on Sunday's. The private ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom could have smelt better, actual breakfast should have been available, says ironing facilities yet there was no ironing board and she told me to iron on a towel 💀, cups were absolutely disgusting, bins too close to property and rats were nearby, iron didn't even work that well and shower was broke upon my arrival which I shouldn't have to check if it works or not as that's not my job and the temperature of the shower was messed up as well as it just kept fluctuating between boiling and warm.

There was none, just cake bars and absolutely no cereals in sight which is what you'd expect for breakfast.

The bed gave me a back and spine pain. I woke up in the middle of the night and could not sleep for the rest of the night. There was noise from one of the appliances in the house all throughout my stay, busy road and noise from outside even whilst the window was closed. Lots of strains and doors to get through. The entrance to the property was unpleasant.

It was fair just biscuits, tea and coffee. No hot food

The area was quite dirty, the room was very hot with no a/c. Behind the bed was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken. The shower and sink took ages to drain away as it looked like it was blocked with hair and other gunk down plug holes. The inclusive breakfast is a few cakes. No spoon for tea or coffee, only one cup. No lock on doors.

It was an affordable place to stay for our trip to wembley. 10 minute walk to train station

Breakfast was not what I expected when stating breakfast but I guess ut neets minimum standard?. Pre packed supermarket nibbles. Mould and dirt all around the window frames.

bed was super comfy, they had a basket with tea and coffee and biscuits that was a nice gesture. McDonald’s and a few bars wasnt too far and was east to commute into London with the busses and trains near by. Woman who checked us in was lovely.

I do not call it breakfast. Do not foul the people. A couple of cakes( 1-antonelli - croissant with chocolat and 4-balconi franceto cacao). The entrance is on a back alley, dark and not very clean

The mattress. On the side of the bed was the dust of one year maybe. During the night was a fan on somewhere all night. The shower was good the toilet not good at all (loose).
