The hosts at Redbarns are so helpful and friendly. The B&B is immaculate and the room was just perfect. The breakfast was lovely and there was something to suit everyone. I cannot recommend enough - just perfect.

Nothing to dislike and I can't think of any way to improve it.

This is very likely the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Everything was top top class. The buiding and facilities were immaculate and the history made it even better. Breakfast was superb and the service provided by Jacky and John couldn't be bettered. Would certainly recommend and not go anywhere else if visiting the area.

Honestly experience was a 10/10 and wouldn’t recommend more - will be returning. Only negative if being picky was the TV was very small. Only reason we rated 9/10 because price was about 30% more than the other 4 hotels we stayed at. If price was slightly lower then 10/10.

Parking was sorted in advance with plenty of spaces so no issues with accessibility. Owner’s catered for our late check-in time which pushed the rating to a 9. Owners directly messaged me to stay in contact which is a massive USP vs other hotels. Also greeted us at the door and told us a brief history of the building and places to see in the town which was lovely. The bedroom was huge with nice large windows. Very bright room with many lights. Cleanliness was absolutely 10/10, especially the bathroom. Mattress very comfortable and pillows new. All the basics provided too. Silent throughout the night. Want to also plug the heating being turned on - we attended 5 hotels on this trip and only this one had the heating able to be turned on. This is a big factor for us both and deserved a mention.

That we didn’t stay for longer!

From the start of arriving the hosts were fantastic, gave us some history on the property plus the area. Gave us some tips on where to head for evening meals as well. The property was extremely clean and tidy with all the rooms very modern and new. Perfect location to get to the beach and town centre.

Beautiful B&B which is a listed building with alot of interesting history . Rooms are spacious and immaculate . Breakfast was delicious with plenty joice. The hosts are wonderful very welcoming and knowledgeable of the local history .

The complex wi-fi code!!

The house is very interesting because of Gertrude Bell and the owner knew lots about her. The building has been modernised with old features retained but with a clean, tasteful style. Had a delicious evening meal at the nearby 'Light of Asia' with excellent food and service. Our vegetarian breakfasts were top rate.

Nothing not to like here. Spotless, central heating control in room, smart TV. Fridge on landing to use and supplied with fresh milk for drinks in room. Parking right next door. Great shower. Breakfast was very tasty. Very spacious rooms.

Slightly challenging to find the entrance in the dark on foot. Signage is good but low key.

Rooms were large, spacious and well furnished. All seem newly renovated and we’re exceptionally clean. The cooked breakfast was excellent, choice of cereal and/or granola with fruit and yoghurt, loads of toast and different jams etc.
