Breakfast was not that exciting and twin beds were a little on the small side, more like children’s beds.

Lovely location and easy to park there. Friendly owners. Everything very clean. Beautiful terrace and quirky little places to sit out. Beautiful well looked after garden. Great eating out suggestions. And excellent massages.

The twin beds in #2 were uncomfortably firm, unfortunately, and we were hoping to have them arranged as two twins instead of put together as a double, but we might have missed how to request that when we booked.

Lovely gardens, apartments, rooftop terrace, breakfast room. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, yummy breakfast spread. Conveniently close to the Eden Project. Appreciated the maps recommending local attractions!

The owners were very welcoming. The double bedrooms were very well decorated and maintained. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The outside patio and sunroom were very well maintained and a nice addition to the accommodation.

Possibly the use of the on hand electric charger - I though £0.62 per KW was a bit pricy?? I'd need to validate this. So I may stand corrected.

Excellent hosts Igor and Natalia - made us feel very welcome. Excellent location - good access to most places in Cornwall, St Ives, Newquay, Padstow etc.... Breakfast x 4 days was delicious, catering for out dietary needs.

Everything. The hosts were helpful and charming, the breakfast was excellent and very tasty, and our room No.1 was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was good and I enjoyed a bath every night. The house was very pretty clean, and the gardens were full of flowers.

We can’t fault anything, we had a wonderful trip.

The property was well maintained, beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners Ivor and Natalia seem to have everything you could think of well organised and were super friendly. Absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want the 2 nights to end. Great location to go off and explore elsewhere in Cornwall. The breakfast is fresh made to order per person and it was absolutely divine! We will definitely be back!

We aren’t large people but bigger people might find the twin beds a little on the small side in our room and might be a consideration. Other rooms might differ.

It’s beautifully kept both inside and the grounds and parking. A great deal of TLC has gone into everything about the property.

Everything about our stay here was exceptional. We were greeted at the door by a lovely man who offered us a choice of rooms. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish from the rooms to the food, the atmosphere and the cleanliness. I would highly recommend this beautiful guest house to stay in to anyone coming to the area. We will 100% be returning.

The house is beautiful and easy to find, situated on a quiet road so there was no noise at night. The room was immaculate and cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. We wish we’d stayed longer! It’s also in a great spot for anyone wanting to check out the Eden Project or nearby Charlestown. Thank you for having us!

not much that we didn't like, I would really be picking flies, very small details could have been improved but would they have made any difference to our overall stay or improved our experience? not at all, not one iota. may be different if the house is full in the high season? but I would guess not.

mid Feb visit, stayed three nights, very quiet, still, every area we used was immaculately clean and orderly from bedroom to dinning room. Room was well equipped with TV, kettle and most importantly wine glasses! Bed was large and comfortable and quiet ;-) Host was lovely, attentive, but not over bearing and never felt uncomfortable. Breakfast choices were well above and beyond what was expected. We really want to go back in the summer to enjoy more of the facilities like the conservatory and the gardens. cannot recommend highly enough!

Natalia was such a brilliant host, nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome. The room was really stylish and the bed was extremely comfortable, we slept like babies! Also the massage was incredible and just what I needed to relax!
