There was lots of choice for breakfast and it was nicely cooked. The coffee was excellent. The hosts were exceptional, the bed comfortable and the location quiet.

It's not that I didn't like ... Everything was excellent! The shower could do a shelf for shampoo/soap And could have done with a few sachets more milk in the room , but that's just me being picky!

I think the location was abit far away from the front And if we stayed again we would use the tram or taxis.

Good breakfast helped ourselves to juice and coffee and cereal.Ade and deb were very hospitable.

Beds are a dream to sleep in. Towels fluffy and thick. Rooms perfect and spotless. Hosts were amazing and welcoming. Would recommend as it’s away from the hussle but close enough to pop in and do all you want in Blackpool.

Sometimes the room was very cold. I was on the top floor, and the heating wasn't always on. Being January in Blackpool, a portable heater should really be available for the room if needed. I did ask for a heater, but none were available.

When I arrived, the lovely hotel hosts Debbie and Adrian immediately made me warm tea and sat with me in the living room like friends and had a long chat while they also drank tea, just like at home. The two of them are incredibly friendly, helpful, accommodating and fulfill you every wish. For me, they are definitely the best hotel hosts I have ever experienced. Completely individual breakfast according to the wishes of the guests. This beautiful, small and cozy hotel has a unique atmosphere simply because of the incredibly great hosts, you actually feel like you are at home. And sleeping in the king size bed is like sleeping on clouds. The hotel is absolutely recommended.

The warm welcome on a chilly evening and the tea was a lovely touch. The hotel was warm and cosy and the room was too! Everywhere was sparkling! And the breakfast spot on. Nothing was too much trouble! Keep up the good work!!!

New Owners…. We received an extremely warm welcome. Their attention to detail was perfect. Our bedroom was very spacious, lovely clean bedding and fluffy towels. We will definitely come back.

The fact that it was quite away from the centre of Blackpool costs £7 on the tram one way but thats the only thing.

Extremely clean and very cosy beds, the owners are amazing made us very welcome, only down side is that its a tram ride from there to the tower but apart from that it was spot on can't fault it.

Room was very clean and well furnished. Bed was comfy and the en suite shower room was spotless with soap/shower gel etc. There were tea/coffee making facilities including a teapot which we liked . Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice, including fruit pastries cereals and toast , the dining room was bright and welcoming . We were made most welcome and well looked after by Luke . Very much enjoyed our stay, will definitely go back .
