Everything was perfect. From the gorgeous room to the welcoming and friendly staff, excellent food (breakfast and dinner) and stunning location. Plenty on offer in Broadway.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a room overlooking High Street which had a window seat to watch the world go by. Bathrobes provided. Great tea and coffee facilities. There’s also an honesty bar on the landing with seating area. Best of all an ice making machine

Russell’s always over delivers. Service is second to none, food is consistently good. Breakfasts are freshly cooked and always served hot. Rooms are very clean spacious and facilities are excellent. Over the years we have recommended Russell’s to lots of our friends and all have thoroughly enjoyed their visit and have returned. The team at Russell’s is also very loyal and is consistent so they recognise you and you recognise them. They remember what you drink etc and that’s very comforting. Overall it’s a fabulous place to stay and you are made to feel very relaxed. Well done to the team at Russell’s

It was quite expensive but obviously we were willing to pay the cost.

The hotel was in the very middle of Broadway and was easily accessible from the village. The room was a ground floor room with a large bed and two chairs (which is very unusual as only one is generally available) The breakfast was excellent with a large range of items to choose from. Parking, although in the centre of the village, was provided free of charge very close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only minor complaint is that we had twin beds and the mattresses seemed of poor quality. Possibly the bigger mattresses are better.

The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. It was nicely decorated and bathroom had double sinks which are great. Also, the breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a very good restaurant on ground floor but needs to be booked well in advance as it is always busy.

A fabulous place to stay right in the centre of Broadway. We stayed in Room 4 which occupied the whole level at the top with a great bathroom and a good lounge area. The restaurant food is excellent and we ate there for two of our three nights. Great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent overall

Very noisy one of our 4 nights there. Very rowdy customers (clearly too much to drink) did not quieten down until 11.30pm other 3 nights not a problem.

Absolutely Fantastic breakfast, fab Cream Tea and the evening meal was outstanding, couldn’t finish it all and it was my first thought when I woke up, I wanted to go back and finish it lol, a lovely Swedish ? I think lady served us breakfast and afternoon tea, such a credit to Russell’s, our room was so so nice and the honesty Bar was a really nice touch, will definitely be coming back, c u soon

The rooms are fresh and modern with everything you need. We dined at the hotel restaurant for one night and had the most wonderful meal - the food and wine were fantastic. The staff are very accommodating- nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a lovely ground floor room with stunning bathroom . All staff friendly and nothing too much trouble . Breakfast excellent and lots of choice . Nice Touch is an honesty bar in the main building if you want a drink or snack out of hours .
