The parking was difficult. The choices of places to eat did not really meet our needs.

Breakfast was very good and unusual for an apartment. View and location was just right for us, great all round.

Such a comfortable stay with quality furnishings and attention to detail. The kitchenette was so useful and the gluten free breakfast muesli and bread provided for my daughter was very welcome. Location was perfect for us.

The bed could be more comfortable. It’s a twin fixed together with a super king mattress but there’s a ridge where the beds meet and some sagging of the mattress . There was some problem with the toilet flush that required messages to be sent back and forth but it was quickly sorted out

Breakfast was lovely, fresh high-quality goods (though a little unvaried by the end of the week).

Very high-spec in all fittings and great use of space. Perfect location looking over the quay (10 mins walk from the ferry terminal, steam railway station and big Tesco around the corner, several excellent restaurants nearby).

ideally situated for beach - steam train station - bus depot -restaurants. The apartment was modern and comfy with a view off the yachting harbour a breakfast was left each day of cereal /baguels/fruit and youghurts. A healthy start to the day. This is a smart well located base for a visit to the Isle of Man.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, cafes and shop. The railway and sea terminal also within walking distance. However the best thing about this property is the finish and attention to detail. We wanted for nothing - we had Netflix, music, hairdryer, fridge full of goodies, toiletries. Superb 5* experience we will definitely be staying again.

Nothing notable, there is some noise from the place below but it stops early and theres earplugs in the drawers next to the bed if you're an early sleeper!

The location is great as its close to some really nice food joints, the room is really lovely with good views of the harbour, beds are comfortable, breakfast was a good spread, instructions were clear on getting the keys which is a plus, questions were answered promptly although some of my questions were alreasy in the manual in the room so make sure you have a glance through! There's a room to store luggage if your flight is in the evening which is great. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us :)

Great location and lovely little set up. Pre set up continental breakfast was lovely and all local too. Recommend. The instructions for the checkin/out are lengthy but all was fine.

Door code mechanism was a little difficult, called and sorted it out.

Late arrival so not to worry about getting in. Everything was ready, including some snacks, etc in the kitchen. Bed was turned down. Phone number available as we had a issue with the door code.

Was lovely and clean and in a great location, fresh bagels for breakfast and fresh orange juice and fruit was great for an easy quick breakfast, the lady who did the cleaning also was rely nice, lovely room with a nice view over the marina.

This property is stunning and was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location is perfect, wonderful views of the quay on your doorstep and the room is spacious, modern and clean and had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back in the future - this accommodation really made our stay on the IoM perfect. Getting access to the room was seamless and the room was made-up every day to an excellent standard.

Need more selection of pillows, particularly latex (firmer) If you leave a bagel, this should still be left for you to have later in the day instead of being thrown away. No lift, so need to be aware of that if you have heavy suitcases It is noisy outside in the evening which you do hear in your room. However, this does not last beyond 12 midnight and it is quiet after that. It is dark in the room ensuring a good nights sleep.

Gorgeous, bijou apartment with everything you needed. Very modern and lots of thoughtful touches. Breakfast was lovely with local produce which I liked and fresh milk and juice. Rooms at the front have lovely views over the quay.

No common areas in the propoerty for the guests but it didn't bother me much.

Continental breakfast with fresh fruits and bread everyday. But just the same fruit (berries & banana) and bagels made it boring after 2 days. It would be good if the choice of fruit and bread was changed at least every 2 days if not daily.

Someone had really loud music on the weekend but not past 11. Car park is paid, 5 min walk but not too expensive. On the roads close to the Hotel you can only park for max 2 hours.

The place was beautiful, we loved it. Easy self check in. Possibly the most comfortable mattress & pillows we've gotten in places of similar rating. Great to have access to a laundry room. What we loved the most: proper sunblock blinds & the hosts left ear plus in the nightstand which we had but think it's super helpful and attentive.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like!

Lovely room with seating area and kitchen in a good location. Fresh quality ingredients provided for breakfast. I particularly loved the museli, fresh fruit and orange juice. There was also a coffee machine, tea etc. The room was very comfortable with quality towels and bed linen etc. The bathrobes were also a nice touch. Toiletries and other cleaning materials were provided, as well as a laundry room. The staff were also lovely and luggage storage is also available when you check out if needed. Well recommended. We can also recommend the Little Fish Restaurant too 😋.

Nothing major but be prepared to pay for parking as there isn’t any at the property. There is lots available nearby.

The property is in a great location to experience all that Douglas has to offer. It’s modern clean and very comfortable.

Exceptionally well fitted out apartment with lovely harbour views. Very pleased with the way our breakfast appeared in the kitchen each day, with raspberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk and juice in the fridge and cereal bread or pastries nearby.
