Didn’t like the fact that there was no lift in the property. Spiral staircase to rooms.

The property has recently been refurbished. It was nice to enter and smell the fresh paint. Furniture in the front lobby was colourful and comfy. Bedroon was pristine, new shower room nd everything refurbished to a high standard.

Shower was a tight squeeze and room was a little dusty on the table.

Perfect location for where I was going. It was just me so perfect size of room. Friendly staff as always.

    Everything was fine.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with as much coffee / tea and toast as you wished. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great: within easy distance of the city centre, but in a quieter and more laid-back area. There are many pubs and restaurants nearby and Kelvingrove Park is very close.

The uneven creaky floor, it's clearly very old. The toilet cistern sounded like a foghorn when it was refilling and lasted ages.

Basic but value for money. Clean and comfortable.

The bed was hard and I didn't sleep well at all. The bathroom and the room were quite hot, it was more comfortable with the window open but then outside noise was too much.

Location was perfect for everything we needed. The staff were very helpful when I called ahead and on check in.

Bldg looks a little wom from the.outside but has a bright lobby and seemed very clean.

Great location on bus routes near U of Glasgow and Kelvin Park Art Gallery..Possible to book a small single room with ensuite. Room had large window that opened and although small was perfectly adequate. The breakfast at a reasonable extra cost was excellent. Serve yourself fruit, yoghurt,coffee/tea and choice of items for a hot course served at your table. One short block down there's a street that runs parallel to Souchiehall that offers a few places to eat or get a few groceries. Quiet atmophere during my stay.
