Lovely little property in a fantastic location for Wells-next-the-Sea. Fab touches such as milk/tea/coffee & water provided. Would definitely stay here again, the only thing that let us down on this trip was the weather!

Amazing location. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen had everything that you would need. Good sized TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms. We needed a travel cot and unlike the usual small ones with thin mattresses, the one that we were provided with was a great size with an amazing fitted mattress that was thick and perfect for my little one.

Property was accurately described, was clean, good value and in a great location. It was cosy but having two bathrooms was handy. The host was friendly and exceptionally helpful, particulalrly with parking. Would definitely recommend.

The sound proofing for the downstairs bedroom wasn’t great, but it’s a noisy street so can’t really be helped. The stairs are a bit tricky, again can’t be helped. Neither of these things would prevent me coming again.

The property was lovely, really well equipped and comfy. The location was spot on, parking was easy. It was really useful to have bedding and towels provided and extras like the shampoo etc and milk although we didn’t need it. Each bedroom had a tv which was a luxury for us. It was a lovely place to stay.

Fantastic location. Lovely comfortable accommodation. The host was a pleasure to meet with a friendly informative welcome. perfect for our family needs. A good mix of cooking facilities makes eating in a good option though plenty of choice in Wells too. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable, quirky property in an excellent location. Met on arrival by friendly host. Stayed for two nights and had everything we needed for a pleasant visit.

The street out from could get very busy in peak season, but the main bedroom is at the back so should be OK.

This is a fantastically well located property, right on the quayside in this bustling seaside town. It has the added bonus of being directly opposite the car park and a few paces away from the Coasthopper bus-stop. Rob, the host, is a real gent and made us feel very welcome.

Excellent host and warm, comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchenette and clean bathrooms. A short walk to the town and the sea. A great place to stay, would definitely return.

Needed to use bottled water but this was a minor inconvenience & the water was supplied.

The weather wasn't the best, but it was December.

The house is lovely, big enough for 4, cosy enough for 2, close to town, everything you need for a weekend away. Would happily go back.

This isn't a dislike, but advice to others staying here - This is very compact space, there are beds for 4, but I think that the living/dining space would feel very tight with four people, so fine if you're only sleeping here. Everything is squeezed in that you need. The stairs up to the living space are narrow, tight and steep, not for people who may have mobility issues

Good location, right next to the harbour front. Really easy to find. The owner saved a parking space for us on the first night, much appreciated. Nice strong showers, nice fluffy towels. Great beds and warm sleeping.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property, but it is worth letting people know that the stairs are steep. 

It was very cosy, exceptionally clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was perfect.
