The downside was we only booked one night. Would have loved a longer stay.

Martina and Brendan are so warm friendly and welcoming. It's such a homely place. Everything was perfect, checkin was easy and quick, everywhere was spotlessly clean, our room was very spacious with massive double bed and single. The view from our room.was stunning. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with very warm smiles from them both Martina and Brenden, they were so helpful with the cases, taken to our room which had everything you could need. What was also a great help they have a lift which we could use in preference to a staircase. Breakfast had a great selection fresh fruit, choice of yogurt, juices etc: we felt they had everything a guest would need. Linen was changed towels were changed each day. It was like home from home.

Loved everything, best guest house we have ever stayed in, rooms, views, breakfast, shower, location, but Martine and Brendan make Seaview special, we will be back very soon, some 5 star hotels should take lessons from Seaview guest house.....

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

beautiful views over the scenery. the owners couldn’t do enough for us. they made us extremely welcome and even offered to get some black pudding or white pudding in for our breakfast - we refused! spotlessly clean.

Martina & Brendan we're very kind & could not have been more gracious hosts. I wasn't feeling good, so kept to my room as much as possible. The place was immaculate, the views of Carlingford Lough & the Irish Sea were gorgeous.

Everything!! This was truly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, both in the States and overseas. Martina and Brendan were wonderful in every possible way. Although we only spent one night, we left feeling like family!

Only sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful house in an idyllic location with spectacular views back (the Mourne Mountains) and front (the sea). Spacious twin room and bathroom, spotlessly clean and well eqipped. Comfortable lounge, excellent breakfast, lots of choice. The hosts were delightful, so jolly, friendly and helpful. I wish we'd had more time to stay there instead of just passing through.

It felt like home away from home- freshly made breakfast, comfortable room, and peaceful location. Also can’t praise enough Brendan and Martina as hosts whose friendly attention to details made our stay wonderful (our request for black pudding with breakfast was gratified).

Nothing not to like!

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Views were beautiful. Our hosts went the extra mile for us suggesting places to see and dine in the town, even dropping us off and collecting us. Martina cooked us the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel or guesthouse!

Loved the location so peaceful the views and the host you couldn't ask for more down too earth guys even made sure you had food going home with thank you very much for a great weekend just what we needed and we will definitely be back soon it's hard running a house with 7 kids so will need too hideaway asap soon lol

We had a fantastic 2night stay recently. Martina & Brendan were friendly & welcoming hosts. The location & views are stunning, with a patio to take it all in. Room was spotless and very comfortable, and a fresh cooked breakfast was a delicious start to the day!
