Like others have said the apartment was lacking in some kitchen items that would make cooking and staying for longer times more viable, however, this was a very minor point. The good outweighs the bad for sure.

Booked the apartment after reservations elsewhere fell through. It was very easy to book the apartment and collect the keys. The host provided information as to whom to contact should there be an issue. The apartment itself was very comfortable for a short stay. The location was perfect and provided accessibility to the whole city. I did cook basic meals at the apartment and everything worked as intended. The bathroom/shower was simple, however, everything functioned as it should. All in all it was great and I feel it was an amazing value.

Definitely read the reviews on this one! Oh golly. It's not worth your money. We slept on a mattress where you could feel the springs which were extremely uncomfortable, so uncomfortable I laid down my clothes to act as a cushion. The spare pillows were stained and had no covers on them. If the window wasn't open during the day there would be a musty smell in the room. Water pressure wasn't amazing in the shower and the iron didn't have an ironing board so I don't know why one was provided. Do not stay here unless the conditions improve. Also the TV didn't work.

no communication between the managers, we first had to pick up the keys in their hotel in central London, however the keys were at the apartment. We finally waited an hour outside for someone to bring them to us. The smell in the apartment is disgusting, it smells like sewers. Besides, everything was dirty, except the laundry. Someone try to enter in the bedroom around 3 a.m because he was probably drunk and had the wrong door..

Bed was uncomfortable and small, ceiling was low, cleaning wasn't good enough, management of the place was poor. Needs maintenance work done to it and better cleaning. Not enough kitchenware. Drainage problem here as well... Advertised as on St Elmo road but actually on another around the corner.

We booked very early, so the price was very good. It is a small studio, they have a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, a refrigerator, and soap. We did not need to buy those outside. The location is great, just a few min walk to the bus station to get to the underground. Great value for money in London. Check-in was easy, we called the host to check in a bit early and it all worked out. There is also wifi.

The room needs a deep clean. The shower is in need of attention - almost impossible to get the right temp. The shower door fell off several times, which I had to keep putting on its rudders. The mattress needs replacing. The TV doesn't work because there's no aerial connection - hence no fv channels. The fridge leaked. Linen was not the cleanest.

Let's face it. This is one of the cheaper accommodations in London, and generally you only get what you pay for. Coffee/tea provided - no milk. Location was OK. The nearest tube station, Goldhawk Rd, is a 20min walk and not the most convenient. However the no.94 runs from the bottom of Askew Rd and is very regular.

Shower was a bit temperamental, between scalding hot and freezing cold with no warning. Front door was a little tricky. Unable to change the temperature on the radiators.

Was not ready for when I requested to be checked in and they didn't answer the phone when we tried to call multiple times (6 times to be precise) and when handed the keys we were told to come back at half two when we wanted to check in and was told that we were able at 8am and we were travelling all day/night and we needed to sleep before we were able to able to do anything witch we weren't so we lost a days worth of site seeing

Awful customer service, advert said checkin until 18:00 but I was repeatedly told 17:30. Everytime I pushed back it was disregarded, I didn't know until the day that I could checkin at 18:00. I had to communicate with 3 people in total, all were as useless as the last. Room was ok for the price, until it got to making some food, when I found the oven didn't work. And the backup of the microwave didn't heat food either (15 minutes on 4 different settings and food was still as cold as it started).

i summed it up in my other review. two bookings due to an unexpected extension. i’m short; the place had misleading photographs (not of the rooms available of which i stayed at two of the three - which leads to my next complaint), the staff were very mismanaged and didn’t communicate with one another resulting in spam messages from several staff asking questions that i had altered answered. not enough towels on account of no housekeeping, the place was dusty and covered in cobwebs, bed was damaged, i could go on. despite the cost of the accommodation i am still disappointed

the bed was uncomfortable and lacked basic facilities. the rooms in the photos are not the rooms i stayed in. there was much miscommunication regarding the extension to my booking. several people were in contact about several things with questions that i had already answered to other people in their team, so there was a clear lack of communication between the staff.

Basic cleaning was missing. Extremely dirty especially the bathroom. Basic supply was missing too. Not enough toilet rolls or clean towels, based on a full week stay experience.

This place was brilliant, all necessary facilities and very close to amenities. Staff were very helpful and the area is lovely too. Will definitely be booking this place again soon!
