A nightmare !! READ BEFORE YOU BOOK !!

Family stay, 3 bedrooms, 3 nights in May. READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!! * Based on our experience, positive comments are probably fake ones... * When we arrived, no one was there. In fact, in those hotels (Callcote road and Pandora), you just have a code to open the door, to get to the rooms. No staff is on site in case you have a problem. * We were supposed to call the phone number to get the code. This hotel was full so we were told "not to worry", after an hour we were sent to PANDORA HOTEL (check comments on Booking corresponding to this hotel) * Small simple key for the lock of each room. If you close the door and forget your key inside, wait a few hours, someone will eventually answer the phone... The security chain inside is so long that someone can open it by passing their hand from the outside (we tested it!). * Unpleasant contacts on the phone, refusal to pay us for an Uber to take us back to our restaurant located near our initial hotel, despite our insistence (with 3 hungry children). * Crushed cockroaches in the cupboards * No cleaning during stay (no service in sight) * Stained sheet (red :( ) upon arrival. Hair in the toilets and showers (the children refused to shower there...) * When we arrived, the dirty towels from previous guests were in a ball in the shower..... * 2 towels for a room of 6, we had to pick up some others from the adjacent, unoccupied rooms. * Beds too soft and narrow. * No sound insulation. The street is quiet, but not the customers who return in the middle of the night. If you want a peaceful stay, go your way.

Pandora Hotel, where we were relocated, is 8-minute walk from West Hampstead train station This is the only positive point.

Worst Stay EVER! Would NEVER book here!!! Very UNSAFE! Roof of the Bathroom COLLAPSED!

This was the most horrible experience I ever had! When we arrived at Callcott Road, there was no one so I phoned the owner. He told me that he has no rooms left there so we need to go to another accommodation which is called Pandora Hotel. This means we had to pay for another taxi to get there. Then in the evening my boyfriend was having a shower and exactly the second he went out the roof collapsed. It could have injured him bad. When I told the owner he was quite relaxed and told us this things happen and to continue to use half the bathroom. I told him that this is very unsafe and we need a new shower. He told us to use another bathroom from another room and so we did. When we woke up the other day we noticed that the owner gave this room to another person and we were left without a shower. We called him again and he kept telling us that he won't give us another room as the room was provided. So we had to spend 3 days without a shower which is a totally disgrace! Even the bath towels were stained and we never saw a cleaning person there!

    The Location is decent.
