A double bed would have been more comfortable, but a single was fine.

Excellent location on the seafront, breakfast was very well cooked and presented, and a thoughtful, well equipped room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were warm, friendly and helpful, and I liked their eco approach.

The location was perfect. I wanted to be close to the centre of Lowestoft and it’s a pleasant 20 minute stroll. Car parking is directly outside, it’s free and due to school holidays it was very quiet. The room was very comfortable. I had upgraded and had armchairs so I overlooked the sea which made it perfect. It was lovely to have bottles of water as well as tea and coffee. The bathroom was superb. Breakfast was really nice and hot. I had to preorder but that wasn’t an issue for me. The teapot was refilled to order. I was made to feel most welcome and would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Cant fault a single thing our stay was incredible!!!

This place is incredible...the hosts are so friendly and welcoming from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave!!! The room is absoloutly beautiful and spotlessly clean...The breakfast is second to none it was all cooked to absoloute perfection myself and my wife will most definatly be staying again!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Nothing to dislike

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Great seaview. Bathroom was big with a great shower. Was greeted at check in by Caroline and she was so friendly and showed me to my room. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I did have a problem the room had the bed against the wall which not a fault of the owner became a problem for me as I run hot so very rarely use a cover but the wall was so cold it hurt. So I did not not sleep well as I could not sleep without the duvet to keep the chill of me and kept waking up. It really could do with a padded board however I understand that you probably don't have many people like me staying.

We enjoyed everything your service cannot be faulted. The facilities were what we required.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

Delightful sea-view B&B within easy reach of the beach and town. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well maintained by the friendly and helpful owners, and breakfast each morning was excellent. My single en-suite room was very comfortable with all facilities, and had a good fan to use in the really hot weather. Free parking on the wide street outside, and just across the road is access to the cliff top promenade with pathway to the lower promenade and beach. Miles of beautiful sand and a lovely walk north to the lighthouse in the old town or south to Pakefield with its thatched church and pubs. I also enjoyed sitting in the small park nearby with its café, boating lake, Japanese garden, tennis and bowls. Great accommodation in a lovely area and I hope to return.
