The place was incredible! There was so much care in the details. The room was clean, warm and cosy. There was a beautiful garden and the centre of Portree was just 10 minutes away by foot. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. I hope we will be able to come back in the future for a longer stay.

Stonefield house is in a fantastic location in Portree, it is so close to the town and all the amenities as well as roads out of the town. It's a lovely spot that's homey and has clearly had a lot of love poured into it. The host was fantastic, she was attentive, looked after us and even gave us our itinerary for the day! The breakfast was delicious, coffee was great and everything was spotless. I can't fault it at all.

Walls are not too thick, so if you have a chatty room neighbours (separate rooms, but colliding wall), you could hear a mumbling through the wall.

We had a wonderful stay at Stonefield house. Everything worked perfectly, really well equipped and clean. And the breakfast was outstanding! Kirsteen was also an excellent host, and she provided many useful travel tips :) Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really - we did not set the thermostat on the radiator quite right but there was plenty of heat and fresh air to keep the room comfortable

The accommodation is spotlessly clean and the location a short walk from the centre of Portree is ideal.

This is an excellent BnB. Attention to detail phenomenal! Rooms are immaculate, extremely comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The host is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located. The breakfast was amazing and again the host made every effort to cater for individual dietary requirements.
