Fantastic apartment as good as a location you could want in a slightly quieter area of the centre. Off road parking included on a first come basis and plenty of on road permit space outside. A great self catering with lots of plates, glasses etc which makes a welcoming change from many places. Large bedrooms, great bathrooms and excellent kitchen and lounge. Truly outstanding property

The second bedroom was a bit small, but that’s just how the property is configured. It’s not a dislike and can’t really be changed, every other aspect made up for that tiny point.

Layout was very good, large spacious hall, room for keeping coats, shoes etc. excellent layout and size of lounge dining, kitchen extremely spacious. Loved going down to the bedrooms, bathroom was wow and main room with en suite perfect. The facilities for washing if required and ironing all well thought through (although we didn’t use them) kitchen brilliantly equipped

In the main shower the hot tap seemed capped but this might have been me. It’s wasn’t too bad but would have liked a hotter shower.

I didn't like the air fresheners in the bedrooms. I don't like perfume of any kind, and they also set off my asthma. No doubt other people would feel exactly the opposite.

We were going to an event in the Convention Centre, and the location was perfect. We were so close that it was possible to come back even for short breaks. It was possible to cook easily -- which is what we were after. There were lots of places nearby to eat had we wanted to do that, and it was a short walk to shops.

We went out on the Friday afternoon for a short time and on return no parking space. Very stressful as pre 6 pm and very worrying for next morning. Not really good enough when paid over a thousand pounds. Are there more than 5 flats? Should be labelled spaces.

At times could here noise from the people above. Tea / coffee provided but no milk so had to find shop on arrival to purchase. No toilet cleaning brush.

The shower for the ensuite didn't get very hot compared to the water pressure (but we could have been doing something wrong) and there was a hair found on the toilet seat in the same bathroom, but overall everything thing else was really clean and lovely to stay in.

It's in a great location and the property was really nicely done out.

There are only a few issues, but nothing much. We were looking forward to trying the fresh coffee machine as 2 of us love fresh coffee. However, the machine was empty, so we ended up having to get our own coffee beans. The WiFi code didn't work, and we had no telly. However, the owner informed me about the telly prior to our stay, and it wasn't so much of an issue.

It was great that the apartment was so close to the town. It was very relaxing and home from home. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We all slept really well. Lovely modern apartment. We had an issue with the door lock and had to phone the owner, who instantly sent a Lock Smith to resolve this. Very quick to resolve this. All in all It was great.

location very handy for shops and transport, parking a car outside flat very handy as parking in horrogate is a nightmare.
