Trains and police sirens kept us awake at night, but some noise is to be expected in the city. Very easy to check in, but didn't receive any instructions for what to do with keys on check out and was still trying to get hold of host with taxi waiting to take us to the airport!

2nd bedroom would benefit from a small unit to hang clothes in. Having a chair and reading lamp next to the main window would give you the extra benefit of fully enjoying the views.

Centrally located to main attractions, shops, entertainment and amenities. Great views from 11th floor. Beautifully decorated and furnished and the description of stylish apartment was correct. Main bathroom is super stylish. Well equipped kitchen.

Absolutely stunning apartment, right at the heart of the City. Parking included. Apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you needed was included and a stunning view of the City. Apartment owners very accommodating as we needed an extra hr in the car park on our departure. Highly recommended

Would have appreciated knowing details of key collection on the morning of our arrival, rather than an hour before anticipated arrival time. Perhaps this is an age thing!!! It was very hot during our stay and the blinds were attached to the bedroom window in such a manner that it could only be slightly opened. We used one of the fans to try and cool the air but at times it was too uncomfortable to sleep. The weather is beyond our control but blind fitting is not.

minor inconvenient but given Rail line is not far away, even on 11th Floor, when opening windows to bring in fresh air, we could hear some creaking noise which forces to level up the sound of TV.

Location is within walking distance for Cardiff City Center. Having 2 Bathroom/ Shower was a plus for a family of 4. The Washing Machine + Drying Rack was clearly a good point : having spent previous nights in other locations we avoided having too much dirty clothes to clean once back home. The parking place is an asset, so that, we could leave it and then only walk and visit city center (Market, arcades, Castle).

Lack of ventilation in the property meant that the heat was at times stifling, fans were however provided which did take some of the edge off. Some electrical sockets were not working around the kitchen/living areas. Lack of operational extraction fans in both bathrooms meant that the heat from baths and showers was thrown back into the apartment.

Beautiful apartment ideally located right in the centre of Cardiff. Good size and good facilities offered.

Everything! The apartment was spacious and the location was perfect for us to see Harry Styles! The fans provided were a lifesaver as the apartment was pretty warm, and also the shampoo and shower gel provided. It was these little extras we didn't expect which made our stay much more comfortable. We all said we'd book again in a heartbeat. A huge thank you to the host for giving us a kind call to ensure we'd be able to park up (free parking space) and find our apartment.

Beautifully decorated apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very easy to find the appartment block and an extra bonus to have a designated parking spot so close. Two bathrooms was also a huge plus for getting ready. The beds were super comfy, the best night sleep I've had! Really close to town and felt safe. The host was excellent, great communication and very helpful and I felt Joanne was there if we needed any help with anything regarding the apartment. We loved it so much we've booked another stay and hopefully more in the future. Highly recommended! 5 star stay!

We had a fantastic stay, very clean and comfortable! The location was perfect for where we needed to be literally across the road from the arena, with free parking which was an added bonus, we even met with the owner and he said we could leave the car a little longer! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again if we were in the area xx
