Other caravans are petty close , we were told we can’t lit the bbq beside our caravan (not by Steve) cause it was too close to the next one. it wasn’t an issue for us. we just took it completely out of the caravan park :). But as mentioned above we wound happily be back there

Nothing specifically about the caravan itself, but the parking is hit and miss if you get a spot quite close (prob 25 meters flat path) there are many other spots about but the site is very hilly, plenty of steps and pathways through.

Caravan was spotless, modern and good style, nice size and had all the facilities you expect in a fully kitted out house. Also including free broadband direct to the caravan, many long life condiments, very large fridge and freezer, I could go on. Would say check what it has before buying food and essentials. The view from seated inside and from the balcony has amazing view of the bay, and the steamteain oassws though often and adds to the atmosphere. There are also 3 small quite private coves within 5-15 minutes walk, and a bit more than that to beaches both directions. Didn't need to use the heated pool or site restaurant and facilities ourselves but they looked decent.

Nothing we did not like

Caravan was beautiful..Steve the owner gave us all the info we needed and even left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Caravan is up a hill but we knew this when we booked but it was no problem to walk it especially if you use the steps. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definatley book this Caravan again.

Parking and road closure on site for 3nights meant had to walk up and down 6 small flights of steps to reach caravan. Not ideal as have difficulties. Realise not caravan owners fault but would have been nice to be informed. After speaking to another owner they not had much notice either. Understand that caravans do have to be moved but could have done it end of season!

Location excellent. Steve’s caravan was new and very clean and comfortable. Had everything you needed. Thank you Steve for a lovely week.

Lovely caravan on a lovely little site with sea views. Booked at very short notice. Owner couldn't have been more helpful.

The hills and stairs especially if someone has a problem with walking.

The holiday home was very good besides having freeview TV it also has Netflix there were plenty of books for children and a couple for adults. There were also some games if the weather isn't up to much. The views are great and you are not to far from a beach.

Can't complain the caravan was clean had all the necessary facilities except not having a washing machine but there are washing facilities elsewhere in the park.

The kitchen was clean, had everything for you to cook which was great. There are many resuarants just a 10 minute walk or drive if you want something with a better view.

The swimming pool closed in the middle of the week and did not reopen. No entertainment

The only thing that we noticed was on the left hand side of the double mattress (near the window) there was what felt like a spring coming through which scratched my partners leg during the night. Everything else was fantastic and we didn’t have no other problems

It was a lovely caravan and very clean and spacious, the children enjoyed the games that were there. The beds were very comfortable too.

Steve was really friendly upon booking and gave us all the details we needed. The caravan was immaculate and had everything we needed. Fantastic view and quiet setting.
