We arrived late with the ferry and needed an overnight stay before continuing the next day. Svetlana was super kind, the room very clean and she brought us to a supermarket late to buy sth to eat, and also prepared us a small breakfast very early in the morning.

Nothing too much trouble for our hostess. Everything we needed was in the comfortable room, and the property was in a quiet location. We were able to store our cycles securely in the garden.

There was nothing that we didn't like. It was the perfect stay

Firstly, i Love how the host supplies toiletries as i completely forgot to bring mine, all of the little amendities were very helpful. The beds were so comfy and fresh feeling after a long day, nice soft carpet to walk on too. There is a cute table and chair with a tea tray with two glasses, two mugs and two gorgeous biscuits to dip in! and fresh water, an excellent tea, coffee and hot chocolate selection. The shower was squeaky clean as though it was brand new! We didn't use the TV but it was a perfect size. You can see it perfectly from the beds. Big wardrobe which has spare bedding inside. Nice spacious drawers. The whole experience was great from start to finish The room was immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay.

Sunrise guest house is in a great location, 5 minutes drive from Newhaven ferry Port. A quiet and cozy room. Svetlana, the host is adorable. We will definitely return. Justin and Emma.

We stayed for one night in order to catch the morning ferry from Newhaven to Dieppe. The port is only minutes away from the B&B. The hosts are lovely people who do all they can to please. It feels like home. The English breakfast is an excellent start of the day, served with a lot of attention to detail. A stay at Sunrise is very much recommended.

The en-suite bathroom is excellent, but a bit small. And we couldn't get any picture on the television [to watch the 10 o'clock news]. But that may have been my technical incompetence.

We were very pleased to arrive and find a comfortable room on a very wet evening after a long crossing from Le Havre. Breakfast was excellent in the plant-filled conservatory with a view over the lovely garden. And we were immensely grateful for a lift to the station in the morning from Svetlana.

The room was very clean and a nice size with twin beds and two chairs, a table with tea & coffee making facilities and both sparkling and still water was left in the room to drink. breakfast was whatever you wanted to eat. very nice considerate owners who couldn’t do enough for you. very private.
