We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI couldn’t get the wi fi to work. It was not their own wi fi it was through a third party and you had to fill in a lot of personal details to log in. I did so and it still didn’t work due to compatibility/ security issues . Waste of time. Service for dinner and breakfast a bit slow. Breakfast took 20 minutes to come when there were 5 customers and took half N hour almost to be shown a menu and offered a drink at dinner. The shower temperature control in the bathroom wasn’t working well and either cold or scolding hot.
Good location in centre of town with easy parking on site. Had a restaurant and bar on site as well.

United KingdomBreakfasts always amazing. I expect you get comments about updating the rooms, bathrooms and decor...but the beds and bedding are fantastic, comfy and fresh. I'm familiar with Thetford and it's queerkyness, and enjoy its history and all things Dad's Army , local walks and distance to Bury St Eds. Staff are friendly.

We had a great room with a balcony but sadly the place has seen better days and a revamp is needed, I’m sure the staff there would also welcome this. The organisation Greene King needs to invest. The staff were excellent offering great customer service.
