Breakfast was amazing and plenty to go round, we had a full English breakfast and you could help yourself to the continental breakfast too, Norah and Andrew were exceptional hosts, they kept me up to date before we arrived…although I missed their last message asking me roughly what time we would be arriving (apologies for that 🫣). The room was perfect for myself and my two children, very clean and extremely comfortable beds, we had a kettle and options of tea, coffee and hot chocolate etc in the room, lovely clean bathroom, everything you needed. There is plenty of free street parking and we managed to park right outside the property. The kids got an extra little treat of hot chocolate at breakfast and they loved it….thank you 😁 they also catered for my dietary requirements and had soya milk for me….thank you very much 😊 It is a short walk from the property to the sea front, we went on a lovely long walk right down to the windmill….beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit family in the area. Thank you so much for having us 😊

I would highly recommend it for people traveling with kids. We had a family room and the room had everything you may need for traveling with kids: microwave, fridge, books for kids, toys, even a little footstool in the bathroom. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good. The owners are very nice and ready to help with everything. Location is great as well. Just a short walk from the beach, on the quiet street.

Sorry for the late review, but this property was very close to the center of town, was immaculate, easy parking , the Hosts were brilliant, helping with local information, where to eat, and shop. The Breakfast, was Excellent. We were using this as a stopover, but I would definitely, wish to stay in St Annes for a weekend, This accomodation would be my 1st choice

First Class B&B! Superb position for shops and beach. Norah and Andrew were attentive hosts. Breakfast was very tasty, with home produce jams. Lots of helpful information about attractions and places to eat. Coffee passed the 'Italian' test (very good)!

I honestly can't find a fault. It had been probably 15 years since I stayed in a B&B and this was above my expectations. You won't find a better location or hosts.

Norah and Andy are fantastic hosts, first and foremost. Brilliant communication prior to arrival, super easy check-in and you are made to feel at home in their residence. The B&B itself is a beautiful building (we were tempted to buy next door!) and our room was a rare thing... Enough beds for a family of 5. Those reading this nodding their heads know what I mean! The triple bunkbed was such a great thing for our three kids. They slept very well as did we. Breakfast is so good. We always get a property/cottage when travelling so to have breakfast made for you was such a treat. The quality of the food was excellent. The fruit and yoghurt buffet went down really well with our kids and the whipped greek yoghurt was delicious. Norah's home-made jams... They should be sold! The pear one was just WOW! Loved it. I ate like a king and Norah was so attentive to our trio, they didn't feel pressured or rushed. The location is perfection. 2 minute walk to the seat front, 2 minute walk to the shops. The kids want to return already which is always a good sign. You get the feeling that Norah and Andy would do anything for you which is such a nice comfort blanket to have when travelling. At breakfast you could hear couples talking who had clearly been many times to The Breverton and you can understand why.
