The Wi-Fi was problematic at times (although this is not just about this property in the region) - did not impact on our stay really at all.

The property was really lovely. Lots of lovely touches made by the owners to make your stay enjoyable - lovely little welcome basket, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated accommodation and everything you could need! We were travelling with two adults and a child and we all enjoyed our stay. Lots of room. All in all would highly recommend

Not a lot to dislike. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Rural setting that suited our purpose. Welcome hamper was wonderful. Mark was a perfect host. Would happily return.

The Coach House is a beautiful place to stay with a lovely patio. It is very well equipped and all of the furniture is of a very good quality. The beds are wonderful! Mark is a very kind host and always helpful. The cottage is very clean and we felt really spoilt. We will definitely return to this lovely place!

The shower over the bath. Bath looks nice, but struggled to keep the water in the bath unless you are kneeling down for a shower. The shower hook on the wall didn't appear to hold the shower head. Tiny corner sink. Wouldn't put me off returning, you do need to able bodied to climb in and out of the bath. Am being picky here, as there is a working shower in the kids room upstairs.

The coach house is as described. I would return and recommend to friends. Perfectly comfortable, quiet and clean, in a nice location, a car is needed.

It was exceptional

Hosts were friendly and approachable; communication was great from the start, they provided clear directions to the property, kindly agreed to slightly earlier check in, and gave their contact details in case of any problems. The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Loved the extra little touches like folder of instructions for operation of appliances as well as suggestions for what to see/do in the area, books/movies for nights in, a large deep bathtub perfect for relaxation, super comfy bed, and the hamper of goodies that greeted us on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

The small kitchen area, but we don't do much cooking when we are away.

The large main bedroom had lovely wooden shutters, which kept out the sunshine first thing in the morning, the nice courtyard garden was a sun trap and the cottage was only a few minutes drive to Hawkhurst.

The property is set within a truly beautiful area, and is set in the grounds of Ashfield House. The area is secure, with gated entry, and the coach house has ample parking. Naomi was very kind, she had brought basic groceries and was a great host. The building is very clean, lovely furnishings, a very nice roll top enamelled bath and an outside area to sit and relax in the summer time.

Great central location for a number of National Trust and other places of interest. Naomi and Mark were very welcoming and approachable hosts, keen to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Their Coach House is lovely, clean and well presented in a quiet location. Pleasantly surprised by the generous basket of provisions which awaited our arrival.

The cupboard in the kitchen-with plates, cups and glasses was very low, and without door, it is not safe for young children.

That near is Bewl water lake with many atractions. Nice property interior.👍

It’s difficult to give genuine comment when nothing goes wrong. However in our case there was a minor issue on our arrival but our hosts did everything they could to resolve within the hour. 10/10 on genuine care and super quick response.

I was met by a member of staff after entering the property site via the code controlled vehicle gate and they confirmed that the key was in the accommodation door lock.
