Our room was room 10, it was lovely but was a loft style room so wouldn't be suitable for anyone who is particularly tall. That said, it was fine for us and it was super comfy.

Food was fantastic, beautifully presented breakfasts with tasty high quality produce, a great start to the day. Room was beautifully clean, with white crisp duvet covers and pillows, and a really comfortable bed. Nice Molton Brown courtesy items and water in fridge. Staff were very attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we had a great stay.

The room was small despite choosing one of the bigger ones. It was very hot. The heating had been set high and the window didn't open wide so it remained too warm for comfort. The mirror was in the wrong place making getting ready to party very difficult.

The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The linen and facilities were of a high quality. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious.

A bit of a trek along single track roads to get there, but worth it.

Very comfortable room with nice wooden floors, a good bathroom, coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge. No problem with parking. The evening menu is excellent and focussed on fish, a good wine list and the full english breakfast is a 'survive until 5' portion, so didn't need lunch.

The room was wonderful! Very uniquely but tastefully decorated. We had a drink in the bar in the evening and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

Room 7 suffers a little from bar noise. Isn't a problem after 11pm but a little disturbing if an early night is required.

Fantastic room, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Molton Brown products in the bathroom and a great range of complementary teas and coffees. The restaurant has an excellent menu with great ingredients, breakfast is brilliant

A small, busy car park. A little tricky when trying to access the car electric charging points.

A great ‘foodie’ pub, which was a bonus for our stay. Lovely rooms, which were warm and cosy on returning from wet and muddy walks.

The only issue was the amount of flys in our room, no soon as we got rid of one another one would appear stopped counting after twelve and with no windows open and the time of year it was a little annoying to say the least.

The style of the room and the restaurant was very pleasant with a good vibe.

Nothing really. Only one slight recommendation would have been to add a small light into the opposite corner of our room so that when the bedside lights were on it added to the ambience of the room... Seriously, that was it! 😂

There's nothing not to like about The Cow. This is our second visit, the first being 6 years ago when my partner and I first dated. We now have a 13 month baby girl so the three of us visited this time. The room was.exceptional, so was the service and well the food was absolutely delicious. We had two courses each at dinner plus nibbles and breakfast in the morning, we said to each that every single mouthful was to die for, absolutely yummy, it really was. We can't wait to return again sometime in the future.

Our complimentary bottle of water in the room was not replaced for the 2nd night, otherwise excellent.

A la carte breakfast was superb and they were flexible so we could order exactly what we wanted. Dinner menu initially seems limited until you see the offering on the daily specials board. They were happy to work with allergies and offer alternatives. Bed in our room was very comfortable! The staff were very attentive & a credit to the establishment.
