A little difficult to find but it was dark when we arrived. we were unable to work the TV remote to watch Netflix but it might have been that the batteries needed changing.

Beautifully clean and very well presented to a high standard. Warm, comfortable and with everything we could have needed. Great location.

Little trip hazards into and out of bathroom and kitchen. Glossy threshold… needs some grit mixing into paint and redoing. Lose the piece of matting. Steps not swept clear of leaves.

Just as described. Comfy. We’ll equipped. Excellent location for bus station to Travel to Ripon, and only £2 E/w with current price drop. Brilliant Wetherspoon not too far. Lovely city. Asda around the corner.

Couldn’t figure out the heating. Also found it a little irritating with the lead up constantly asking about what time we were checking out when there really wasn’t any flexibility about this unless you wanted to leave early! Check out was at 10am which we fully were on board with and when I input 10-11am in the options it was rejected. So really could only pick 9-10am so not sure what the point of all that was.

Very tidy, clean, good location, easy instructions for check in / check out. Convenient parking.

I sent a couple of emails re: parking (to ask if I could leave the car a couple of hours before check in / after check out, but didn't hear back. Took a gamble and did it anyway with no problems!

We had an amazing stay ! The flat was very clean and comfortable (beds and bed linen). Also all the kitchen appliances and cleaning products were of very good quality. Location is also excellent. Walking distance from the city center and main attractions. All very professional. So much so we extended our stay.

The directions are to Stanley Mansions on East Parade which isn't where this property is!! We spent 20mins trying to find the right house which turned out to be next door on Bower Road. People must get confused a lot as there's a rather grumpy notice on the Stanley Mansion house so this is something you really need to sort out.

The property & location were great & it was easy to walk into the town centre from where we were. The apartment was a good size, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you could possibly need & 2 great sized bedrooms.

I guess the only improvements was that a few of the side tables were a little dusty. The beds were a little 'springy' but were still pretty comfortable to sleep on.

Overall this accommodation was brilliant. I visited with my mum for the weekend and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fab. The rest of the property is very nicely finished and a great space. Having parking on the driveway adjacent to the entrance stairs was super. We loved the location - within easy walking distance from town. Also not far from Bettys Tea Shop - a must to visit! The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Pillows were a bit hard for my taste. Not much view indoors as it is a basement apartment, but there is an outdoor area which so close to the town centre is a great bonus

The cleanliness and decor of the apartment and how well equipped it was. The bathrooms were amazing wonderful showers. It wasn’t warm enough to use the outside area but was a lovely spot for summer months

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was furnished to a very good standard and had everything we needed. The rooms were bright and airy and very clean. The location was great, just a short stroll into town.

Milk jug! Suggestion, hooks on inside bathroom door.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms gave two couples flexibility and convenience. The outdoor space in the sunshine, late afternoon.

No TV reception in any room which was good enough to watch live TV but could watch Netflix etc. some damage on walls in places which was a shame as generally in good condition. The biggest negative was the uncomfortable mattresses on both beds particularly in main bedroom sagging mattress let it down. Watch out for lips on doorways tripped up at first. Did not like having to pay £10 fee to pay the deposit

The location of the flat including parking were excellent along with the kitchen which had loads of equipment. Heated under floors in lovely bathrooms. Spacious flat particularly the main bedroom . Comfortable lounge with plenty of seating..

I choose this property believing it was on the ground floor where it was actually basement level which meant steps down, which is what I didn’t want as we were with my 85yo father. This was mentioned nor pictured There was no mention either that the lounge area has a step down and the main bathroom a step up. this should be disclosed my father hurt his leg after falling down the step when we first arrived. Not sure why a rental would have a Samsung TV what a pain that was, plus the guide was out of date so no instructions on how to navigate this TV even the control worked differently to any other TV I have used! We were bemused to be asked to put our rubbish out before leaving, stayed in many rentals during COVID time and never been asked to do this! The flat was nice but it wasn’t the right side of the train tracks for us and if we went back we would look to stay closer into town.

The property was modern, spacious.
