I felt the bedroom and particularly the bathroom were cramped.We will opt for a better sized room next time as the Fleece has a lot to offer guests generally.

I liked the stylish bar and the food in the evening was excellent. The room was quiet which was good.

The breakfast I found was not up to standard the fried egg was hard, I only had the one egg and I would never have served that up if I'd have been the chef.

The Staff were very good, friendly and efficient, the parking is hit and miss depending when you arrive contributes to where you can park, but all in all it was fine

The room was small and basic for the price you pay. The bed was comfortable, but too small for two people comfortably. The shower screen door is not effective at all, shower head is not very good. The bathroom becomes a wet room and there is a huge slippery risk.

Location within the village is very central, with bus services to Porthmadog. Parking is available on the main square, but shouldn't be too late to check in to ensure you still have space available.

Breakfast choices, other than a full cooked breakfast, were a little sparse. Would have appreciated some fresh fruit and yoghurt, and freshly brewed coffee and tea. The coffee from the automated machine was undrinkable.

Parking is on street and free but it is busy. Our room was cold and there no heating in the bathroom.

Quiet location, out of town. Staff were friendly. Decor is modern. Restaurant is fabulous, our breakfast was delicious (not included).

The property is a lovely property not far from Porthmadog and I would highly recommend it, and would definitely stay there again

The rooms a bit smaller than they appear on the photos. The restaurant and the bar are closing quite early, but probably due to the quiet season.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the food is very good, not just in The Golden fleece but in the restaurants near by. Free parking in the area

The shower - trying to get hot water was complicated. Had to figure out there was a power switch and then find it. As an International visitor, we are not used to these funny UK shower systems.

Separate little room for the child who loved it - highly valued after sharing with the parents for over a week. Loved the style and design of the rooms with the gorgeous wallpaper and fittings, and the location in the market square with mountain backdrop.

Building can be quite noisy (a bit old)

Nice location and the room is of good size, the bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed the dinner in the evening as well!
