Lift a bit unreliable - could be a problem if on higher floors but the hotel was trying to address the issue

One bedroom apartment was a good size. Kitchen facilities were great for a one week stay. Good location - easy access to tube, easy walk to many attractions, supermarket close. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean. Good shower.

The elevator is rather small - can be a bit diffcult with a stroller but reception will store it for you if it doesn't fit.

The heating /air con didn’t seem to work so I was boiling during the night. I could have called Reception but it was too late at night for me to bother.

Lovely, friendly welcoming staff throughout my stay. I left my room in a mess one morning and upon my return it had all been so beautifully folded as well as tidied up.

There is quite a lot of road noise and at the moment there are roadworks outside so very noisy in the day time. Really could do with upgrade on the windows. Wasn't bothered by noise at night.

The fan ran all the time the light was on in the bathroom. The bed was a bit creaky and a sensor light came on and off randomly outside the window all night.

Great location. Minutes to the tube and Waitrose. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very quiet being at the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Elevator very tiny and very, very, slow. Furniture and finishings are worn. Manager promises that renovations will be made.

Convenient locations in pleasant neighbourhood, very close to tube station. Large, comfortable suite with well-equipped kitchenette. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I didn't know there was street work in front of the building. The jack hammering was annoying on the mornings that we "slept in" a little, and leaving the windows open for fresh air/cool air, was loud.

Reception was always very friendly. The location of the hotel was very close to the Gloucester Road tube station, several excellent bakeries, eateries, and local markets. Relatively quiet, but there were some nights when people were out on the streets late. Adequate room for two of us. Shower had plenty of hot water. Staff always asked if we wanted housekeeping that day.

My only point of feedback is regarding the sound isolation - a lot of street sound was easily transmittable into the room.

Easy check in with staff on site 24/7. The property is located a very short walk from an underground station. The apartment is well equipped and designed. The bedding was comfortable.

Mirrored bathroom! Very tight access to shower (sliding door seemed to be on wrong side of sink).

I couldn't fault the service, room or location.

The service was excellent and accommodating to two weary travellers, allowing us to check in earlier. The location was quiet and close to Gloucester station. The room was excellent with a practical kitchen with everything you need, very rare in a large city like London.

There is really NOTHING I can fault about this property.

Larger than most in London. Fully equipped kitchen, with high-tech appliances was a bonus. The best location - 2 min walk to underground and lots of restaurants and shops at your doorstep. Extremely competent and friendly staff. An absolute 5 star property for our 2 week stay. Will never stay elsewhere when we visit London again.

Possbily due to us being older >75 years old, we would have appreciated a chair/soft chair that was a bit higher. As it was now, we had some problems getting up from the sofa....

The apartment was super clean. Whenver we had a slight problem someone came within 5 minutes to help us out. It was a quiet apartment despite being centrally located. A plus is the closeness to subway station and various stores including a great grocery store. Great kitchen.

The tv had a few issues, but besides that, everything was great!!

Flat was beautiful, great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will come back again!!
