Room was absolutely tiny which was ok as we only stayed one night and could have been a lot cleaner (hairs on the shower walls and stains on carpet)

The surroundings do make the hotel look shabby until you stay. It's a jewel in a under privileged area.

Room lovely, very comfy, good lighting. Love the pool table and games available to play Good stocked bar. Massive shout out to Sarah for making an overnight stay for myself and young downs syndrome lady I work with possible, she loved it. Manager Ryan polite . Amazing how the place is solar run. Loved the electric blinds and charger points, also the vending machine with various foods and useful items Gorgeous toiletries and shower good. Tea tray was missing milk but Ryan corrected on asking Excellent location for the beach, strolling on the prom

I didn't realise the size when booking a "small" room. It's VERY small, only really suitable for one person. If you're booking for two people, make sure you know each other intimately (you definitely will by the end of the trip if you don't already!) There was hardly enough room to turn around, and I understand that much can't be done to change that, but I would appreciate better use of vertical space in the room. More hooks and small shelves (especially in the bathroom!) to store belongings would have made my visit much more comfortable. I had to go in and out of the bathroom to retrieve things every time and the desk was mostly just a jumble of toiletries that wouldn't fit anywhere else. Also it was a little disconcerting that the reception isn't open 24 hours. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but what if something happened in the middle of the night? No one is even around in the morning before 10:30am, which I found strange.

Love that this hotel was well-kempt with a modern look and feel. It was clean in the ways that mattered. The location was perfect and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the window could be opened for fresh air, as some hotels do not have that option. Walking around I realised I definitely could have done worse, as so many hotels in the area look like they haven't been updated in about 50 years.

Could do with just a little TLC such as the paintwork in the bedroom, there was a French fry and a bit of rubbish outside our door, and I noticed a used sugar packet still in the dish. A bit of attention to detail and would be perfect!

Didn't realise the private bathroom in the room was just behind a glass window/wall when booking... funny but a little uncomfortable. Hotel has no staff after 11pm so other guests were a bit rowdy in the hallways (shouting etc) but could happen anywhere.

Cheap and cheerful. Fast check-in, just key drop check out. Had self-service area so you could help yourself to extra tea, coffee, toilet roll etc Comfy beds, clean bathroom, great WiFi 👍 Reasonably priced parking available behind hotel (£20 for 48hrs). Good location!

The smokers standing at the front door as we walked in would of liked to of seen someone at checkout heavy doors so when closing they slammed

Room very small, but suitable. One thing I would change would be the blind as the bed is immediately under the window, so the blind does not sit against window. A bit of a pain when it’s so bright in your face and you’re wanting a bit of a lie in. Sorry if sounds petty.

Virtually none of the extra bits and pieces work - no spa jets, nespresso machines broken, LEDs broken, speakers broken, stupid Bluetooth devices that won’t pair and make constant noises. Basic things missed like sugar in the room, or milk. Plugs not working etc. Window blinds which leave a few inches from bottom and can’t be lowered any further. When the cleaners arrive in the morning they smoke at their back door and send cigarette smell through the downstairs. It’s run from a firm in America (just you try ringing the hotel) and it shows. Needs some on the ground day to day attention.

Just a little bit far down from the amusement arcades , but that also depends what you do in Blackpool , apart from that there wasn't any downsides .

Location and bar were excellent. Paid parking was convenient. Twin room at back was basic with no view at all, but was clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
