The car park is small, I'm glad we arrived early as we wouldn't have had a space if we arrived in the evening. The bed was way too hard...personal preference I know but it felt rock solid!

Nice and easy to check in and check out, the room was large and clean. It had everything you needed. I can't comment on the staff as we only stayed for 1 night and didn't see anyone!

Very Clean and accessible Large comfortable bed, Great roomy shower. Room was a good comfortable size. Microwave and fridge if needed. Breakfast Choice was extensive really good. Cooked breakfast quality was really good and it was fresh hot and well presented

I wasn't expecting much for £78 per night so I was pleasantly surprised! My room (room 5) was clean, warm and very comfortable. A microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery were available for use if required. Good sized bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed. Excellent town centre location. I didn't see any member of staff during my stay, but the self check-in instructions are very clear. I would stay again.

May sound incredibly picky given review and above comments, but the quality of the loo roll was poor and no loo brush provided. Not a massive issue as we bought our own loo roll and understand the hygiene issues surrounding loo brush, but would have been handy to have.

Although we used the self check in system, which was very easy and well laid out, we did see staff on numerous occasions and they were always very pleasant and friendly. We booked the tower suite, which was lovely, clean, tidy and well equipped, also pleasantly surprised that tea and coffee, water and lots of small extras provided and refreshed daily, a very nice touch. would certainly use again and would have no hesitation in recommending.

The room was quite warm, so had to open the window for a while, however the window was slightly difficult to close afterwards.

It was great that the key was ready & no issues checking in. The room was perfect. 2 bottles of water in the fridge was a lovely surprise & much needed after travelling. Coffee/tea making facilities were perfect & the information brochure also perfect & informative. The location was brilliant for us.

I was a last minute booking as my Dad had been taken into Yeovil hospital in an emergency & the manager couldn’t have been more understanding & accommodating including having to work hard to find a way for me to extend my stay unexpectedly with minimal warning. I didn't get the notification that Breakfasts must be pre-booked in advance so had to go elsewhere for the first morning There's an alleyway running along the back of the annex and as its on the ground floor I didn't want to leave the window open for security - quite noisy at times There are very few car parking spaces on-site - don't park in the Barclays car park

Excellent central location, very well equipped room with large comfy bed, huge bathroom with large walk in shower. Extra facilities much appreciated including fridge, microwave and kettle. Desk with chair for work, armchair and wardrobe provided everything needed. Self-check in, staff were very helpful in the morning.

Everything, booking was easy, communication with hotel flawless. Loved the whole experience and will certainly stay again. I used to live in Yeovil about 20 years ago, it was interesting to see some changes made to the town centre but generally still the same old place.
