Breakfast food was not topped up often empty serving dishes and having to wait around for food to come from kitchen

Leisure facilities with a big let down. Jacuzzi didn't work sauna was switched off and the steam room hasn't been cleaned. For some reason the shower block wasn't working so ended up having to have a shower back in my room. The swimming pool to be fair was nice

Room was pretty standard, food in the restaurant was good. All in all was quite a good stay.

Many problems with the shower in room 135 (end of the line), one cold shower until I found out that it needs the hot water run into the basin for 7min before 5min of adjustment of the shower valves to get a safe hot shower

NO VEGETARIAN MENU CHOICES IF YOU DON'T EAT GARLIC, HAD TO HAVE POTATOE CURRY EACH TIME WE EAT IN. IN EACH ROOM AS WE HAVE STAYED MORE THAN ONCE THE SHOWERS TAKE 15MINS TO GET HOT, THEN IS SCOLDING AS CONTROL WAS BROKEN AND FULL OF MOLD.

Hotel was like a morgue no atmosphire what so ever, very quiet no back ground music no lighting very dark and dingy the buffett breakfast was around £15 per person and it looked like it had been there for hours so we walked out and went into the town which was very annoying when we was on a time limit before tee off time, deco is lovely its a shame hotel seems to be having a lot of issues was told that the pro walked out last week also we was only there fopr a junior golfing event its ok for a night stay but other then that a defnet no no i would say it was very clean

The shower in our room was cold and didn't hear up until around 20 mins after it was on, by then we had finished, and the lime scale on the shower head was thick beyond reasonable, clearly it has never been cleaned and was coming off in my hair. . The jacuzzi was too cold for a jacuzzi and the area around it was dirty, the buttons were caked in dirt that I caught under my nails which was very disappointing for somewhere such as golf club where you expect cleanliness because of the amount of people. The sauna was also not on which again was a little disappointing as the steam room is not something usable by our party.

The Staff were super friendly and went above what was expected. The restaurant area was excellently maintained and the single staff serving was absolutely amazing even if we did stay once he left! The room was large and clean with everything needed for a nights stay.

no hot water each day, only after 15 mins run time for shower and hand basin. Staff couldn’t resolve that we had no hot water when we turn on taps/showers and that it worked when maintenance crew did, once we’d run water for a LONG time!! Changing rooms in pool facilities dirty and very worn. Jacuzzi tepid temperature and pool cool. sauna dirty and no showering facilities by pool working and had to go back to main changing rooms between pool and sauna for cleanliness. Five options for restaurant main meals not on offer and only one vegetarian option that was a starter. Hotel felt empty and tired whilst staff we’re trying g to do their best

The whole place needs some money spending on it. The lobby is dull and tired. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade.

We booked as they advertised the use of their leisure centre and sauna etc but we were told it was closed so we didn't get to use it. On entering the front door the carpets in the common areas were dirty and frayed in places with tape stuck down. It spoilt our enjoyment everytime we left or returned

This is a lovely hotel with a really nice pool. The pool had a little toddler section and the rooms are big enough for 2 travel cots. The staff try really hard to accommodate you and we felt very welcome.

Sadly we were at the hotel to attend a family funeral, but that apart,,it was a lovely place to stay,so peaceful and calm, I would not consider going anywhere else when I,m in the Swindon area again.

leisure facilities poor, old, unclean. stone cold jacuzzi and showers. stained walls, mould in bathroom. Antiquated rules in restaurant and bar, bit pointless when only 3 people are staying in the hotel and only 2 golfers all night

No hot water in the morning. Thread bare patches in the carpets in the communal areas, with a large one just as you walked in to hotel. Not a good first impression. Reception area not welcoming, felt shabby and down at heel.
