Room was very warm, even with window open could hear others in the rooms above us. Could do with having a shower mat for the shower, to prevent water going on the floor

it isnt soundproof as we can hear neighbours banging the door. also, they provided 4 towels instead of 4 pillows.

it's very accessible and clean. just near the train station and shops are nearby. everything work well- radiator, microwave, fridge, hairdryer.. it's a bit tiny but good value for the money.

The shower as the hot water pressure is not good, needs to be fixed for a comfortable shower experience.

Signage could have been better. The property looked like a residential house and we were unsure if we were in the right place. We were reluctent to go in just in case it wasn't a hotel. The phone number on the booking email didn't work.

Hair dryer was attached to the wall by the bed, nowhere near a mirror, and too low down to be able to see ones hair in a mirror resting on the bedside table as the hose was very short. A powerful dryer, just located in the wrong place so basically unusable without being a contortionist. The bedhead was not attached to the bed, and the bed slid around the laminate floor whenever you moved or turned over. Pillows a bit lumpy but OK. Shower pressure was dismal, just a trickle really, but I was at the very top of the property. Lots of very narrow stairs. Stairs and landings very run down - bald patches on the carpets, and all a bit dingy. No breakfast option available, and limited restaurants nearby.

Reasonably comfortable bed, nice clean cotton bedding - always a bonus. Fridge, Microwave, kettle and tea making facilities in room. Small but OK shower ... clean, smelled of bleach. Plentiful supply of extra large fluffy white towels. Brilliant location for Olympia (five minute walk) and West Kensington tube (5 minute walk). Helpful staff though the desk is only in service for a limited time each day. Room was small but functional. However at 100+ per night, I would have expected something a little more upmarket. I wouldn't want to stay for longer than a few nights.

If I had to say anything negative, it'd be the lack of an elevator. If your room is on the top (third) floor, and you have to carry a lot of luggage, I can imagine some logistical difficulties.

Don't be fooled by first impressions while climbing the stairs up to your room. The room was clean, equipped with everything I might possibly need in a hotel room, and although it wasn't enormous, for a single traveler like myself it was more than sufficiently spacious. The same goes for the bathroom.

room is a bit small and so is the shower, as a tall person I just about fit inside. Though I appreciate the shower in the room which meant I had a fully ensuite room.

Its a nice room for the area and really says what they offer as advertised. The receptionist was really sweet and friendly. I had a comfortable nights sleep.

Bed too small for a double, cant get into toilet, door opens only half way, extremely small shower, basically you cant take a shower just to pour water on.

Detail cleaning could be better. Showehead had limescale and the sash window needed a good clean. Room also needed bedside tables and the socjefs each side of the bed didn't work :(
