We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe parking space allocated to our room was occupied by a white van when we returned from a trip and with all the other spaces taken, it was necessary to park opposite the hotel.
The location was perfect and breakfast served with humour and personality. Although the room we occupied was not the room booked, it was a good room with 'sea views' in the annexe.

What a lovely Easter break we had at this hotel staff were very friendly and ensured all our needs were met Room was lovely bed comfy and we both had a couple of good night's sleep Food was amazing exceeded our expectations location was fab handy to be near ferry I liked the idea of the extra lounge area in the building next door

We were a bit early for breakfast in order to catch the ferry and the staff were so sweet and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast and we were on our way well on time. Czech RepublicThe heater was a bit wonky, despite the knob being turned off, the heater was still burning hot (during the night). But nothing that opening a window could not fix.
The staff were excellent, and I do mean all of them. The food was great and they were very generous. The room was bigger then we expected and the bathroom was lovely. We brought our two dogs and they could not have been treated better by all of the staff (and the other guests ;) )

Thé Pier is nothing short of charming in its location and in itself. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff could not be more welcoming and the food (restaurant and breakfast) is also outstanding. We had requested that we pay for the room for our friends and the whole arrangement was expertly and discreetly handled.
