One negative was my car was scuffed on the back bumper. This was either done by kids playing football or a car scuffed my car when leaving the carpark

The bathrooms have been adapted to a wet room style and the issue with that is the floor gets wet outside of the shower area too easily for my liking. We had to use our towels to mop the floor but thankfully a full set of fresh towels were provided every day without fuss.

The staff were excellent. Ursula and Marta were great at looking after us. The breakfast was high quality and perfectly sets you up for the day. We arrived and were given a choice of room (which was a first) and the room was spacious and clean.

I can’t fault this accommodation, it was simply luxurious! We were upgraded to the best room in the guesthouse (room 4) - I stayed with my daughter and we wanted to spend more time in the room as it was just too comfortable! The shower and bath was lovely, the lighting, large windows, facilities (including a hair straightener!), fab big breakfast, great parking spaces, spacious room, lovely view of the top of the blackpool tower and the sea, yummy home made brownie and such a fabulous friendly owner Ursula! I could go on! Ursula was really good with the communication before and during the stay. I would definitely recommend this warm and welcoming guesthouse if staying in Blackpool. Location was close enough to all the attractions or jump on the tram. I’d stay here again if coming back!

The guesthouse was beautiful. There wasn't anything to be negative about. Ursula the host was in touch just before our stay to see if we needed anything putting in our room, flowers /chocs etc. She was very welcoming and down to earth so put us at ease from the beginning. Asked what our plans were while we were there and advised on the best places to go (and avoid) we had homemade cake in the hallway to help ourselves to along with spare tea/coffee milk etc so we could relax knowing we wouldn't run short. The room was impeccably clean with tasteful quality bedding and curtains. Bed was extremely comfortable and we had great nights sleep. Breakfast was very relaxed , they do ask that you could order before 9pm for the following day which is totally acceptable so not to stock up with food items not required. Service at breakfast was very good and the food was hot, delicious and well presented. Would definately stay here again if we were to stay in blackpool and would deginately recommend. Stones throw away from the sea front and we also had free parking a few doors down off road. Thankyou for a lovely welcoming stay 😊

Brilliant location, staff, customer service, room, comfortable bed, cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Great that a private car park is a few metres down the road. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The only suggestion I would have was the bed mattress was very soft - but lovely bedding and generally slept well.
