Sea view room allows you to watch dolphins whilst eating breakfast in your room. Spacious balcony shared by all rooms. Plenty of breakfast, more that I could eat.

Nothing we didn’t like. Entry to accommodation is up stairs that may be an issue for some.

Having a sitting separate to the bedroom was an excellent addition to the usual b&b accommodation. A private balcony for guests is excellent to sit and look over the bay. Central location gives easy access to all amenities in new quay. Friendly and helpful owners too. Drinks fridge in room and kettle for tea and coffee. The pint of milk provided a hot day with breakfast lasted us for tea and coffee in the evenings. Price for drinks either from the bar or from the fridge in the room are not expensive and in line with usual bar prices. Can’t fault our stay.

Sadly there were other guests who were smokers who because it was wet felt that they could be less than considerate when chosing where to smoke. Please to all smokers out there please remember that the laws exist to protect others from breathing in your 2nd hand smoke and it is unfair if your actions make it unavoidable. Car parking costs were annoying, maybe local councils could seriously think about subsidising the hotel sector with permits for their guests as the hospitality sector fight hard to survive in these unprecedented times!

Everything else. We were looked after like royalty and this little hotel was homely, friendly and personal and had adapted beautifully to all the Covid restrictions.

We thought the location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast served in the room was perfect! Really liked the balcony/terrace area also. Could not fault at all.

Our bedroom and lounge room windows looked out on to a private enclosed balcony. We could not see the sky or tell what the weather was like.

The communal balcony for guests that looked out over the bay. The very friendly, helpful staff. The location of the property to the beach and town. The handy carpark nearby. A large and varied breakfast brought to your room on a trolley. A filled mini bar fridge in your room.

Could not have asked for a better breakfast which was delivered to our room on a trolley due to Co-vid regulations. Loved the location on the seafront and enjoyed watching people passing by from the little balcony at the front A lovely place to relax with a drink. The beds were very comfy. The views on the balcony were awesome , we had best seat in the house watching the dolphins whilst eating a scrumptious breakfast. Richard and his family were fantastic hosts .. cannot wait to return to this charming place .. and if you like paddle boarding the location is superb!

very clean and very comfortable, fabulous location,plus breakfast was awesome. Definitely go back again the view from the balcony is just sublime. Sat there with my Beer watching dolphins jumping in the sea.

A few hours after having booked we realized that we made a wrong booking: We were heading to Newquay not New Quay. We contacted the property to apologize and we had hoped for some understanding and a partial refund but they charged us the full booking , 2 nights + breakfast. Will for sure never go there
