Beautiful location and the hotel keeps the whole shakespeare/Tudor theme running throughout. Breakfast was phenominal and can be had 'in bed' at no extra cost.

Beautifull hotel, the location to the town is great, the breakfast was fantastic everything about the hotel was perfect so relaxing, the bar is great aswell.

We didn’t like having to leave!

Location was perfect, the breakfast was beyond excellent, the staff was so friendly. By far our favorite hotel on our UK trip! We loved the added touches of cookies, and the welcome note a treats. We didn’t want to leave!

Lack of hotel parking particularly disabled parking within the hotels grounds. There are a few spaces to the side of the hotel on for management parking but we did feel that at least one of these spaces could be made for disabled guests

Staff were super friendly and the rooms were beautifully appointed. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Staff were more than happy to give guidance on the surroundings.

Choice of breakfast cereals poor. Tea served before any food so cold if you wished to drink it with breakfast. Bar prices high for the area.

The bed and the pillows were hard and the room was very hot and so I didn't have a good nights sleep. This was really disappointing and it did ruin my enjoyment of the trip away.

Location was excellent and the food variety at breakfast was extremely good. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient apart from the older receptionist who seemed somewhat pedantic.

The room was okay for one nights stay, a little too snug for a longer visit (Could be very warm in the summer)

Old world charm. Good location in central Stratford-Upon Avon. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We arrived on a Monday afternoon for a one night stay. We booked a table in the restaurant for our evening meal. There was a limited menu that particular evening, we settled on steak and mushroom pie, mashed potato and cabbage. The quality of the meal was excellent and the service was very good.

Breakfast could be better. Day one we had the full English. Continental bacon, which was very fatty. Day 2, our omelette was more like a pancake. There were few slots left, when we checked in, it felt like they were winding down service and they wanted to clear away. Should be able to reserve your Breakfast time as part of the online check in service. Sugar cubes were used in place of sachets. But no tongues supplied, which ment fingers or teaspoons, which then got wet, stiring said hot drink. Pots of cubes not replaced In between dinning parties, not the most hygienic. Shame, lovely serving staff and a good selection of pastries, cereals, fruit etc.

Location. Easy to get to, walking distance from the train station. Easy walk into the main tourist area. Lovely reception staff, very welcoming. Comfortable bed! Aircon and an beautiful old building that is well maintained.

Bar prices need to be adjucted, a bit pricy.

Room was excellent, very clean as was the whole property. Super breakfast with a number of choices. Location was spot on, quiet ish but very much in the town.

The breakfast was very good,but they need to offer people with food allergies more of a variation on substitutes not just bread ie gluten free as that was the only thing offered not great ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The history of the building,the location, the staff are amazing I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was very warm, could only open window a little, air conditioning was not very effective. Bed a little uncomfortable but maybe that's very subjective (was a little hard for me)

There was nothing to not like

The place is just what you expect, beautiful and clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms have a touch of old tudor, classy with luxury and comfort, with a roll top bath and shower you feel right at home. The breakfast is first class. Would definitely stay again. You are in the heart of town. No need to drive anywhere. .

Nothing to dislike, one very minor detail that needs resolving and it is minor was that there was paint splashes over an area of the bathroom floor that need removing but as I said it is a very minor thing
