Be prepared to wear earplugs when trying to sleep. Though the hotel is right next door to the Palace theatre, making it an ideal location to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the area is noisy at night. What with the hotel being between a comedy bar and a pub, you will hear people enjoying the night life later than you might like to! Combine that with your neighbouring hotel guests leaving and entering their rooms, which are very close together, at all kids of times, and you'll find you need some help to get a peaceful night's sleep. My room was also near the front of the hotel, so I could often hear police sirens coming from the busy main road during the night as well. Finally, the mattress on the bed was very hard and the pillows were those soft, doughy ones that your head sinks through and instead of supporting your head and neck, just encases each side of your face.

Though the room was small, it was clean and functional and close to the theaters so great location for seeing a show. My room was ready earlier than I expected which was a nice bonus.

    A little bit to expensive.

The room was smaller than my livingroom carpet. The bathroom is not air/sound isolated from the rest of the room just a glass wall in between, it was quite unpleasant to have a number 2 while your significant other is less than 1 meter away hearing every whisper your back-cheeks are making.

The location is in the hart of SOHO 2 minutes away from China Town. All the theatres are in a 10 minutes walking range. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

I'm not sure the room could be any smaller! Fine for a one night stay, but logistically challenging for three nights.... nowhere to store clothes!

Quiet. Brilliant central location. Staff all lovely.

Very tight room. Tiny, even by English standards. No place to put the suitcases, nor to unpack anything. The bed was against the window sill which seems to make it bigger, however the stone sill was freezing cold at night,so you tend roll into the center. I smooshed my honey!! Only 1 1/2 sides of the bed we accessible, so the window sleeper has to climb over to out. Thank goodness the bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up!!

All of the Staff were consistently happy and helpful. They took in our luggage at 8am, after our long international flight! We set out to a hop on/off bus to stay awake an enjoy without much effort!! Turned out to be the perfect distraction! We got a ring at 3pm that our room was ready and they delivered our cases!! Wonderful bath towels and soap products. Excellent home base as metro and rail were nearby, and most things we could visit on foot. Chinatown food was wonderful! Two pubs on the street below us, along with very good Indian at BKC!!

Room was small.....husbands feet touched the wall at the end of the bed so you may struggle if you are very tall.

Room was small but ideal for a one night theatre break. Toilet is only obscured by frosted glass. A little lack of privacy. Room was noisy from street noise.

    See above, cold bathroom.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jakub, the manager and Jason in the restaurant. The room was spotless but the heater in the bathroom wasn't connected so it was cold. But the hot water was boiling so the shower was great. Would use Z Hotels again.
