Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomsee above plus the persistant querying relating to our pre-booked food package upon visiting the restaurant
the room was a good size but lacked a waste paper/rubbish bin? the walk in shower was very roomy but the tiny sink was a puzzle it didn't have a cold water facility most unusual, it also lacked space for our washing kit razor and other products. It was a warm couple of days but no aircon was obvious? we opened the window which helped.

Adding a 10% service charge to a fixed price afternoon tea was a bit much especially as the in house dining discount was specifically excluded in the small print.

United KingdomThe restaurant was very disappointing.we used the restaurant on first evening & we ordered food only mains & had to wait an hour for it to arrive cold. Burger for my daughter was cold and very dry the cheese didn’t even stick to the meat . Flat iron steak was cold and tough , I was expecting a lot more from a Hilton hotel .

United KingdomThe first room we were given had large bleach stains on the floor - we had to speak to the manager and we got moved to a much nicer room. We had requested a cot for our little one and while it was provided it wasn't set up when we got there in the room they originally assigned us to. When your staying at a decent hotel I don't expect a parking charge.
The second room we were given was lovely and the decor of the hotel was beautiful. The bar had a decent selection but because of the time we got there we didn't have time to use many of the facilities.

United KingdomBedroom carpet could have been cleaner and we had to ask twice for a non slip bath mat, as the bath was very slippery. I wasn't allowed to sit by the side of the pool, whilst my family were swimming, as it was 4.45pm and they were expecting the children's swim time to begin 5-7pm. At that specific time, they had no idea how many people would need seats, but I was still told I couldn't use a seat. All very disappointing, especially, as I'd estimate they have in excess of 25 seats to sit.
Location was brilliant, room was huge with 2 very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was amazing, great quality, choice and all presented by very pleasant, friendly staff We were greeted by very pleasant staff and we especially enjoyed our welcome treat!

United KingdomBird poo outside in the spa area, absolutely everywhere. Jacuzzi was dirty after a group of women just left so we didn’t go in. Spa staff had us waiting whilst she had a conversation with friends. I booked for 1 person by accident and this was not mentioned when we checked in so when we came to dinner for half board it was only paid for one person so I felt rather embarrassed.

It felt like he just didn’t want to communicate with us at all. Maybe he was having a bad day but it’s not acceptable in his role to be like that with customers

United KingdomThe lighting in the dining room was not good for anybody with impaired vision. There was a small lamp on each table. I asked for another lamp to be supplied and the waiter very kindly provided one which helped me to see what was on my plate.
